Excellent place that was exactly like the pictures. Properties by Preston was quick with responses and had all information needed immediately upon booking. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Farragut area as it is central to accessing all around the city.

This listing was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. With lots to do around and its proximity to Knoxville, it is a great place to stay for a UTK weekend, or just a comfortable getaway. Thank you!

Betina’s place is a unit inside of the Fairfield Glade / Wyndham Resorts units. Our family has stayed at the Wyndham unit many times. Crossville has some wonderful dining including The Lantern for steaks and Annie’s for pizza. Food City is the closest grocery and Instacart does deliver. Is currently the off-season so the resort was quiet. Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you want to use the pool, etc.

It’s a very nice place. It’s at a great location to walk downtown. I will love to visit again!

The stay at Fairfield Glade was peaceful; it is a very quiet town. We visited the hot tub and pool quite a bit. Checking in was a little less than ideal, it would be great to not be required to speak to the concierge to get the room keys. We got in late after a long drive and did not want to stand at check in any longer than necessary. Our host Andrew was very responsive and helpful through both text and Air BnB messages. Check out was extremely easy, we just threw the towels and linens in a pile, put dishes in the dishwasher, and took the trash out (which probably wasn’t even necessary). Went to the check in building to give them the keys and we were on our way. Very quick and easy process. We would definitely book again!

Did not end up staying here due to booking error, but summer was respectful and the place was as described!!

Jay was great! He was a wonderful communicator and extremely helpful. Also, we had a billing issue that was my fault and he helped me fix it and didn’t even charge me for my own mistake. He has a lot of integrity. Honest host, will rent from him again.

Everything was perfect we had our privacy and also enjoyed time with family.

The stay was everything that we expected with the exception of having two twin beds as opposed to two king beds in the second bedroom. Overall a typical Wyndham facility and nothing outside of our expectations.

Unit accessibility was perfect, only a few stairs. Unit was comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Location was perfect for getting to food store, gas station, I-40. Highly recommends.

Watch out for the concierge workers trying to bribe you into a 90+ minute lecture for a timeshare. Other than that a great place to stay!

What a nice place! And a beautiful view of the lake as well. The home was very clean. I can’t say enough about Scott and his communication with us. We were in a bind trying to find a place to stay and he was very responsive to our needs.

Lawrence is a friendly welcoming host who accommodated my requests and needs, even when I lost a key. The dwelling, bathroom and bedroom are spotless. This is an exceptional find for Knoxville.

We absolutely loved our stay! This lake home is beautiful, spacious, plenty of room. Everything we needed and more! We had so much fun on the kayaks and enjoyed the lake. The oven/stove was a bit tricky and the lock on the back door hard to lock but those were no big deal. Highly recommend this property and we would love to return one day!

My second time staying with JoAnn and it was just as delightful as my first time. I absolutely love her location and her beautiful home. JoAnn is such a sweet and friendly young lady. Very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel at home and like you have always known her. Her house is immaculate. Never hear any noise. Such a peaceful place. The bed is so comfortable and relaxing. I slept the best I have in a long time. I was very busy the entire weekend with events I had planned in nearby towns but looking forward to being able to come and stay and not have any plans except to relax and enjoying the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone. You will be glad you came.
