Monthly Rentals in Watauga County

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in Chelsea's home! The house was spotless, and very well stocked (cooking utensils, towels/blankets, etc); there's more than enough space for 4 people. We received clear instructions about how to get in and what to do at check out. When I had a question, Chelsea promptly replied. Overall, we felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone.

This is a very cute and homey place to stay while you’re in Boone. It is stocked better than any Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at. There were a lot of spices, some food, dishes, towels, and anything you might need whether you’re staying for a week or a weekend. The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Very nice place and would definitely stay again. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed unwinding for a weekend. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Love my stay!! Super convenient after skiing for the day. The space was super clean and modern. Also really close to town!

Heather's place was fantastic. We rented it for our daughter's graduation from App State and it was perfect for us. We are fairly active so loved that we could walk from the house to campus - it is hilly but not terrible. Heather was extremely communicative and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
