5 O'Clock-App Ski Mountain hot tub, pool table!

MaryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay at It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere. The house is beautiful and Brandon did a great job communicating and letting us know all about the place. Our kids loved the bunk bed! The kitchen is very nicely equipped. GPS directions can get a little tricky as you get close (or at least our car’s navigation system sent us a somewhat crazy way from Boone), but it is a wonderful location right next to Appalachian Ski Mountain. It is very easy I get to downtown Blowing Rock from the house, too! I wish we could stay longer. We definitely would rent it again!! Thank you!!

Great Location/100 yd. to lift with Fire pit!

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again. Very helpful and receptive host. Super close to the bottom of lift #1 (but smaller kids will need a little help navigating the landscaping stairs down and back from the house). Enjoyed the fireplace and the peaceful views.

After you enjoy viewing and reading reviews of Melanie’s property be prepared to have your expectations exceeded in every way… her hospitality and the quality of the home are five star. A delightful stay for us that we will repeat!
The river flows gently beside the cabin, framed by lush green trees and rocky terrain. A kayak can be seen floating on the calm water, while the cabin, set on a hillside, blends naturally with the landscape.

Appalachian Mountain Evergreen Retreat

AngelaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Eugene was the best host I have ever had with Airbnb. He was so responsive-he answered any questions that were had and when we asked for recommendations he immediately responded. I would definitely recommend staying here! There was an ant problem we started to notice upstairs and in the kitchen mostly, but other than that the place was very well cleaned. The hot tub was great-wish it had a little more privacy with the close by neighbor. Overall, my husband and I plus our friends enjoyed our getaway!

Hawks View: Views, Jacuzzi, Fireplace, Hot Tub

AmyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This location was exactly what we wanted. Very private and relaxing with great views. Make sure you bring food as there is only one restaurant, the food and service were great but they are only open on the weekend and we came in Thursday afternoon, had to drive 30 mins back out for dinner. We enjoyed the awesome back porch and hot tub. We definitely had a great time and will return !

Sky's the Limit: Log Cabin, Hot Tub, Pool Table

NickRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Fantastic place in silent surroundings, log fires and sunsets each evening followed by the hot tub! The 10 minute drive up the winding road from reception was a bit of a challenge multiple times a day, but the house is worth it. Horse riding each day was another highlight for the fam.

Palomar: Romantic Cabin,180* Views, WIFI, Hot Tub

LilyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This is probably one of my favorite Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in; I cannot rate it high enough. The cabin is incredible! It might be the first time where seeing it in person was better than the photos. The view is stunning and I loved relaxing in the hot tub. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this place is perfect.

Romantic Mountain Getaway - Hot Tub, Fireplace,

PeggyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Cliffside is a gorgeous home with a view that belongs on a postcard. If you are looking for a peaceful, private, serene getaway, this home ticks all the boxes. Unlike a lot of rentals that have uncomfortable, low-quality furniture, Abbie has done a fabulous job of curating a space that is comfortable, chic, a little luxurious, and very welcoming. And everything was very, very clean. Getting to the property was easy thanks to good directions, but the climb up the mountainside might make those who are especially afraid of heights a bit nervous as it's steep (up to a 10 degree incline in some places) and narrow. However, it's paved and once I drove it the first time, each subsequent ascent or descent got easier. Once you get up to Cliffside, there is plenty of parking and you won't see any neighbors. For those who are mobility challenged, there is a full set of stairs to get from parking down to the cabin. (And obviously there are stairs inside to get to the main bedroom.)
