Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

‘Flip Flops in Paradise’ is a great two bedroom two bathroom bungalow located in the heart of Seagrove, just a few blocks away from beautiful beaches! This newly renovated bungalow is fully furnished, has all the charm and feel of a relaxing ultimate vacation at the beach. Come and enjoy this fabulous 30A location (close to absolutely everything), includes community swimming, pool and grills for grilling out located at the pool area as well. Minimum rental age is 25.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
