Our stay in Kim’s condo was quite comfortable and peaceful. The condo was very appropriately decorated for a coastal location. We found it to have all the amenities we needed. The view of the Gulf from the condo was breathtaking!! While we did not utilize the beach the view was still magnificent! The weather was perfect!! This was our fourth visit to Panama City Beach, and our third stay in the condo. The condo is conveniently located to several restaurants and grocery markets. We are looking forward to returning to Panama City Beach and renting Kim’s condo, if it is available. Beverly

We loved our stay and would book again! The location is amazing for beach access and the balcony has an unbelievable view. There were beach chairs and sand toys that made it easier to enjoy the trip and the apartment was cozy and well equipped. Communication was quick, helpful and friendly.

I booked Nicole's place at the last minute for my daughter's birthday trip, and it proved to be an excellent decision. The condo surpassed our expectations. While the description provided a good overview, the actual property was even more impressive. The spacious interior and well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze for our family of ten. Nicole demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness in addressing my last-minute concerns. I highly recommend renting this condo. The views were breathtaking, and the beachfront location was perfect.

My family and I had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The house is super comfortable and spacious for a large group while also providing nice privacy across the different floors. The location is perfect, walking distance to a nice pool/beautiful beach and a short drive to all the nearby beach towns. Would love to stay here again someday!

Our stay at Tony’s place was wonderful, we had a great time and location was great. He answered our questions quickly and the house was absolutely beautiful, very comfy beds and very spacious. So much to do , we’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend this property. It is a unique combination of lake right outside the back door and ocean literally a couple minutes walk. The property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants are just minutes from the property. Eddie goes out of his way to provide help with anything. We grilled on the deck, and went in the lake and ocean. This place is a real gem. Thank you Eddie, our family had a great time.

This is such a lovely place to stay! Right next to the lake, with beautiful sunsets, plenty of space for the kids to play and have some great family moments. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The host was welcoming with clear instructions. If we ever come back, we’ll repeat! Very strongly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

This was such a lovely home. It was so close to the private beach (3min walk) and short 20min walk to the public beach which allows pups on the sand. There were a few delicious eateries with in walking distance as well. It was definitely a wonderful home. Thanks again y’all.

Beautiful condo. This was our 3rd visit and it is as beautifully maintained as it was the first visit. The balcony is our favorite space. We would eat our meals there while watching the sunset. We love the convenience of the location and having a reserved parking spot is a plus. Tim is an excellent host. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location and excellent host! The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The space was clean and well-maintained. The area in Destin is fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host’s communication was great: very responsive, clear, and helpful throughout.

Everything was beautiful about this condo. Very clean and the host was very responsive. The linen was all white which I prefer❤️ Plenty of sleeping room for everybody to sleep comfortably, 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. They provided beach toys and 4 chairs in the storage area. Washer and dryer was available to use in the unit. Elevator was right outside the door which I loved and no traffic wasn’t loud being so close to elevators just FYI😅 we definitely will be back💕

The view was incredible! The resort itself was very nice and loved the beach so close to us. It was nice there were chairs and umbrella rented for our stay. The condo itself was beautiful and just as pictures shown! We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean. Looking at combo back next year!

We had an exceptional stay. Manjit was extremely responsive to every question we had before our arrival and the property was exactly as described. My boys loved the bunk beds, and I loved having two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony overlooking the gulf was probably my favorite place to be in the morning to watch the sunrise or in the evening to watch the sunset. Additionally, having beach chairs and an umbrella already reserved for us at no additional charge was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

This condo is really awesome with a great view of both the beach and the city. It is furnished nicely and the beds are really comfy. There was coffee, cream and sugar for our use and I greatly appreciated that extra. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return. Check-in and Check-out was easy. My only complaints are listed below and really are minor issues. Thanks Wendy for an awesome view and a comfortable place. The bed pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. The hot water ran out really quick. We did not find a wagon for hauling items to the beach? The road construction is a mess out front.

If you are looking for a luxury affordable apartment to rent this is the place for you. Jacki was very responsive and went over the top to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The views are unbelievable, with the ocean breeze and sound of the waves will put you right to sleep. Everything you could want in beach amenities, she has. Highly recommend trying this place out, you will not be disappointed. All instructions and policies are carefully explained for an easy arrival and departure!
