Townhome vacation rentals in Walton County

We had a great week in Teresa’s townhouse. Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures. We didn’t have any issues while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation for families with children in a quiet place.

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

Very clean nice house. Amazing neighborhood. Paul was very proactive and ways always there to answer whatever questions I had. They had all the things we needed for our stay and fun at the beach. I’d stay again

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

We loved everything about this place the peacefulness the cleanliness. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Beach and restaurants were phenomenal and within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the house was decorated perfectly. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed right in the house. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Just got back from our stay and we LOVED our visit! EJ and Kimber gave us a bunch of information from the start and we loved following their insta page to bookmark some spots before our trip. They were responsive, flexible with our check-in, and checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. There were so many details that made us feel more comfortable, labels on the lights, games and puzzles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, the toiletries (including liquid soap instead of those awful hotel bars!), printed directions in the laundry and by the trash cans, and lots of hangers and space to unpack. We loved the location, it was easy to grab drinks at the big chill or order lunch to eat by the pool. Our favorite beach access was the Deer Park, it was closest and the walk was pretty. We never had an issue finding parking or a good spot at the beach! Thank you so much EJ and Kimber!

My favorite place to stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. I especially appreciated the separate downstairs level — ideal for giving teenagers or guests their own private space. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens smelled wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare all of our meals. And of course, the view and convenient beach access, complete with an outdoor shower, were truly the highlights of the stay! 10/10 recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s townhouse. Exactly as pictured and the beach is literally 30 steps from the back porch. Beach was almost like a private beach, just guests of the town homes unlike a 20 story condo resort. Perfect vacation for our family. Ali is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pictures were 100 % accurate and the townhome is beautiful.

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

This was a perfect location for us. Walking access to a beautiful beach and 20 minutes away from Andrew's Park, Rosemary Beach and other great beach spots. The additional bonus for us was the possibility to bring our dog with us. Very comfortable place for a family of 4.

The perfect stay for our family of 9! We had four littles with us and I can’t imagine a better stay that close to the beach. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

This place was great, we have two kids and having the pool, just outside our place was great. It's great having The Big Chill so close, it is literally less than 200 yards away.

Very clean home with plenty of space! Great location with an easy walk to the beach and quick drive to shopping and restaurants!

Loved everything about Tracy's place & our time there! Very clean and the location was perfect for us with our 3 kids (ages 1, 3 & 5). The pool closest to this condo is also the best pool on the Sandestin Resort in our opinion. Super helpful that she has beach chairs for guests to use!! We did have 1 hiccup with the golf cart battery (I think just due to age of golf cart) but Tracy & her husband were both super quick to communicate and resolve the issue! Overall, would stay there again and recommend to anyone we know!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Five stars! House as noted in pictures. My family stayed a full week and greatly enjoyed the home. Traci is awesome and we plan to stay again in the future!!

Very spacious very clean worth every penny me and my crew had a great time no problems no headache

Great 2BR condo that offers nice amenities. At first we were nervous about the extra distance to the beach compared to other properties but this was no issue at all. Between the provided beach wagon to walk, plenty of parking at the front of the apartments, and being close to a beach access with parking, this was never a concern. The pools are very nice as well. The unit itself was as described. What stood out to me on this stay was actually our host, Chris. We had a couple issues when we first arrived (out of our and his control) and Chris was very responsive and reacted very quickly to solve these problems. He earned a return customer in us and we hope to go back another time.

Great place, very clean! We needed a place for 1 night before our weekly rental was ready and Anthony was responsive and very accommodating. The place was perfect for what we needed! Thank you!
