Vacation rentals with a patio in Walton County

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and nice decorated. We also had everything we needed for the beach. Everything was exactly as listed. Location was perfect and close walk to the beach. The pool was heated and hot tub was great. Our host was great to work with. We will definitely be back. Check out was a breeze too. Thank you, Carter- for a great stay!

Rene was an absolutely amazing host with an amazing condo. The walk to beach wasn’t far at all, they do provide two beach chairs if anyone is wondering! The place was as clean as it could be sparkling even. Rene was very helpful with recommendations or the common question. Everything looks newly renovated . I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in seaside but don’t know where !

We had a great time in Panama for Spring Break. The balcony with the view of a lake was nice. The pool was walking distance. I felt like I was at home. All of the grocery stores were walking distance.

Very first time using Air BnB, instructions were clear and host very responsive to any questions I had. Would be great for a family with kids going on vacation, the bunks in the hallway were so cute!

Pretty much was as expected only thing was the two beds are in the same room. Wasn’t thrilled about that but that was probably my misunderstanding and we made it work. Everything we needed was there. Great stay.

How often do you get to wake up and look out at a beautiful sunrise over the ocean from your own bed? This place was absolutely spectacular! The balcony alone made our entire trip. It’s enormous and looks right out over the beach and the crystal blue water. We talked until nightfall and even got to see a shooting star over a dark, star-filled sky. The rooms are huge and offered plenty of privacy for everyone. Even the washer and dryer were whisper quiet and it was so nice to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes for a change. The place was spotless, the beds and linens were comfy, and the Wi-Fi and tvs all worked great. The beach is wonderful and the beach service attendant was very, very nice. The heated pool was a big hit too. We saved a lot of money cooking in the huge kitchen which was great because PCB has excellent restaurants, shopping, and so much for our teenagers to do. And, most importantly, the area was very family friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

We loved this place! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we fit great! The room with 2 twins now has 6 bunk beds! And the room with a king has a bunk bed, too! We were pleasantly surprised! The neighborhood was so nice! We loved the big golf cart! Even though the closest beach was blocked, we could take it down to the next beach. Out of the 4 adult bikes mentioned, only 2 of them barely worked and there were no children’s bikes, as mentioned. But a nice neighbor said we could use hers! We also loved that the kids could explore in the woods behind the house! There is other hiking in the neighborhood, too! Beds were comfortable!

LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Our family really enjoyed our time staying here! We can’t say enough great things about the house, the host, and the location. The provided golf cart made getting around a breeze! Very close to the beach and restaurants. The house was very clean, the hosts were quick to respond, and beach access was easy. This property was also right next to the pool. We’re looking forward to booking again!

Perfect family beach getaway for our family! Everything was exactly as expected. The hosts were some of the best we have ever had. Quick responses on anything needed. We had a wonderful time!

Renda is so kinda and such a great host! She was very communicative when I asked all of my many questions! Her place was beautiful and exactly what we expected. So many amenities that exceeded my expectations!! We loved it and definitely would stay again!

This was such a lovely home. It was so close to the private beach (3min walk) and short 20min walk to the public beach which allows pups on the sand. There were a few delicious eateries with in walking distance as well. It was definitely a wonderful home. Thanks again y’all.

Dodie was amazing. Answering any questions about we had. The house had everything we need. It was an amazing stay.

My mom and I spent 1 night here which was definitely not enough, but all we had time for. Apple Maps took me to the wrong spot, I’d recommend mapping to the ruby slipper (which is right under the condo). Make sure you read the parking instructions! Go into the public parking garage and then head to the middle row where there is a gate arm. The keypad is on the wall (not the gate arm itself). The condo was clean and had cups, plates, and bowls but I didn’t notice any silverware (didn’t really look though). There’s an Italian restaurant “dude and meatball” which is really great. So many restaurants and shops in the area. The pool was clean and they have a cold spa and a hot spa. 10/10 would recommend!

The place were very nice. I felt right at home. It was close to everything we didn’t wanna leave. Vicky were very nice. Respond to every question that I ask. I plan to go back next year. C Manago

Cassie’s place was wonderful. My family and I had an amazing vacation here. A few things that stood out to me are: It’s right across the street from the beach, they had everything from all the sand toys to chairs, even a wagon! We did bring our own beach towels (they give very clear instructions and information that let me I would need to bring my own). Never had to wait on a response or ask for instructions, very attentive. The pool and hot tub were great. There is two full bathtubs, the master bedroom bath tub is a huge deep tub and was perfect. You are only allowed one car and will need to reserve parking for any others. There’s a lot just about a block away you can park at (included in the information and instructions). Would absolutely stay again.

This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend a weekend. It was beautiful and enough room for us! It was super clean and it looked just like the pictures. Nick was a great host. He was very welcoming and his instructions were very clear and easy. Thanks Nick, would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

Perfect setting for my twin’s 16th Birthday! Very easy check in. We had an early flight and very little sleep the night before so when we arrived early the cleaning crew told us to go ahead in as soon as they were done. We had planned on lunch and a beach walk but it was so nice to get a quick Power Nap in before heading out. So many conveniences that were greatly appreciated; different size baggies, some spices, a sewing kit (which came in handy), spf and solarcaine, ironing board, and many more! It’s a quick walk to the beach and it was perfect white sugar sand! Absolutely Perfect! Thank you Kim Marie for your hospitality 🩷

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and no issues at all. Great stay with no complaints!

Jay's place was great. Clean, easy to find and check in was a breeze. Listing said there were beach towels, but we did not find any. Chairs and small ice chest were in the outside box and so very nice to be able to use. Beach is a short walk. If in the area again, we will look up Jay's place.
