Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Walton County

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the private back yard with jacuzzi, cold lunge, hammock, fire pit and chairs, and appreciated the beach gear and bicycles! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the 30A area.

The best time! The location was great— right across the street from the beach access, 10 minute walk to some shops and restaurants. The beach was private and absolutely perfect! The home had everything we needed and more. SO many extra amenities— lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, air fryer, plenty of linens, washer and dryer, and so much more. Everything you have in your own home this home had for us. Lots of extras for kids and babies. The host was very receptive and quick to respond if we had any questions. We had 13 guests and could have fit at least 3 more very comfortably with everyone in a bed. We would recommend this house again and would love to come back!!

Truly cannot say enough good things about Stacy and our experience. Communication was helpful, proactive and clear — and super responsive. The welcome e-book providing a comprehensive look at the home and a guide for all things 30A was fantastic. And Loggerhead Lookout: truly exceptional. The home was beautifully appointed (exactly as pictured) and outfitted with everything we could have hoped for and more — including premium beach gear. With two big kids and one little one, there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy in ultimate comfort at the end of a wonderful, long day. And the primary suite was a luxurious bonus for my husband and me. This was our first trip to 30A, and I can say with absolute certainty that it won't be our last. We travel a lot as a family and this was one of our favorite stays. So many extras like the outdoor projector tv and pond while being close to so many beach favorites made it a fantastic trip for our young boys. Whitney was so communicative and a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

The place was a great spot for vacation and 5-10 mins from beach. My family really enjoyed it. Will book again 😄

Super nice host!!!! Nice place. I do recommend it. The outside areas were pretty filthy; that's my only recommendation to host. I ruined a pair of shorts when I sat on the outside sofa on one of the decks. Furniture & Fire Feature were really dirty. Decks & Stairs were full of leaves. But, a nice place and really great hosts. Inside was clean and organized. We enjoyed the street legal golf cart that comes with the rental. It's a lot easier sometimes to find parking with the golf cart and 30-A is easy for golf carts. There are several beach accesses nearby; probably not walking distance but a short golf cart ride. The home is situated on a nice sized lot, so you're not too close to neighbors which makes it peaceful. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Above all, you're not dealing with a management company which is super refreshing.

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped home tucked away on a quiet street. Easy access to beach via golf cart. Great home for two families with two primary suites and a great bunk room for kids. Across the street from sweet neighborhood park.

The place is exceptionally tidy and the host is reactive and quick to respond. All the basic amenities are provided along with few complementary dishwasher and laundry pods. 😊The home is very conveniently located to the beach like 5 mins walk to the outside of the resort and access to the beach right across the street. The premium outlets is around 7 mins drive. Overall, we had a very good experience.

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Everything was perfect. We booked Alma & Michael for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and first trip to the beach and their beautiful home made the trip so much more magical and beautiful!!

Absolutely perfect location. Bert’s place is so cozy and clean- I extended 2 days because I didn’t want to leave.

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Incredible beach access and such a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot! Blue Mountain Beach area is so much more relaxed and less crowded than some of the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay, and our little boys loved the pool and utilized all the beach toys we found in the storage area. The provided beach chair/umbrella setup was so wonderful! Just a walk out the door and down the boardwalk/stairs to the beach. We enjoyed many meals out on the veranda and loved all the palm trees surrounding the building. Jourdyn was so responsive to help resolve a couple of things during our stay. We would love to come back again for a beach vacation in 30A!

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location is perfect and there are tons of restaurants close by. We also liked that it is a gated community and you had to check in with the security guard before going in. Overall 10/10 and will be coming back!

AMAZING HOUSE!! This house is exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was nicely decorated with high quality items. It was fully stocked and extremely clean. The hostess is very helpful and kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can't beat the location. So convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this house. I will definitely book again.

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!
