Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We stayed at Anita's place for the second time. As it was two years ago, it was very clean. The space complies with the descriptions. The sauna works great and warms up relatively quickly. The surrounding area is also great, there are lots of nice things to do. We missed the no longer available hot tub (which was clearly not included in photos or the description), but otherwise everything was great. Best regards :)

The accommodation is extremely well-equipped. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. Definitely recommended. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Karin was very quick to respond to messages and was extremely helpful. The house was nice, warm, offered more than enough space for eight people and was equipped with all kinds of utensils. The coin machine in the sauna sometimes didn't work, but the problem then solved itself. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the area and a beautiful small lake (swimming there is prohibited, however). Overall, I can safely say that we would come back.

Great beautifully renovated accommodation, really well equipped for families with children, great location with great playground next door and cowshed around the corner, where the children could run to themselves. We were there with two families with a total of 5 toddlers. Super lovely hostess who provided us with extra linens and chairs and always responds quickly to messages. Thank you Carolin!

We were with a large group including baby with Heleen and her husband and we loved the accommodation: spacious, sufficient toilets and bathrooms for the group size, lots of parking, opportunities to stay indoors and outdoors - we liked it very much!

We had a very nice stay at Oda in the small apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was already set up for our dog. On request, we were able to use bicycles on site, with which we rode to Kassel city center. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. Thank you, Oda!

As if you were going to your own vacation home! Lovely and prompt contact with the landlords, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you may think of, opportunities to buy food/wood at extremely fair prices. Hiked directly from the house to the Edersee etc, rustic forests with oaks and booking, great! In the morning, a sunrise over the green hills in fog swells, which you can see from the bed. The large, well-divided terrain with a fireplace and good forest sauna, swing, etc. offered more than we could use in the short time! We will be back! Thank you Martina & Michael!

We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Eder, which we discovered for ourselves from the beautiful apartment. With the view of the lake, you will be insanely relaxed and calm. We liked the room and the region very much and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this great place! 🏡 The apartment was very cozy, clean and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel at home. The contact with the hosts was super friendly, uncomplicated and warm – thank you very much for that! 😊 We were particularly pleased that pets are allowed. That was also the reason why we chose this accommodation – and we were not disappointed! Our four-legged friend also felt completely comfortable. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and perfect for relaxing or excursions. We will be happy to come back! 🌟

We spent 5 days in this beautiful apartment with three moms and three children ages 2, 3 and 6. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is super well equipped (bed linen, towels etc. great, games, books, super many kitchen and household items, spacious rooms, great living / dining area, beautiful balcony with great views and sunset, 2 sparkling clean bathrooms, travel cot, outage protection, children's high chairs, parking space, garage, ...). What you might need to know with children: the two attic windows cannot be 100% darkened, but have shutters. There is a lot to do with children in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment is nicely furnished, there is everything you need. There are plenty of options to store your things in both bedrooms and the bathroom. In the kitchen, we lacked a bit of space in the cupboard for food, so the sideboard had to do. But it wasn't a problem. There are a lot of dishes and everything else you need. We had a lovely stay.

Great for a short trip and Lisa was always available and very helpful, as we had a car breakdown we had to stay a few hours longer, thanks to Lisa no problem thank you

Our stay at Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quickly accessible.

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The playground right next to the house was particularly liked by the children and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

We loved the apartment. We felt right at home. The bedding was cozy and smelled fresh. The box-spring bed is super comfortable, as is the sofa bed in the living room. Towels and toilet paper were sufficiently available. Also coffee, spices, oils etc. in the kitchen. We particularly liked the small garden and the quiet of the area. Shopping is sufficiently available in the town. In a few minutes you are at Lake Edersee. Thanks Licinio for the wonderful stay!

We had a lovely short vacation in Ottlar. The children loved the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home theater and Lego were loved and also the great new playground across the street was great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was awesome that everything else was there for the kids, which you need so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was easily accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time out, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

We were in this wonderful Airbnb for the second time and relaxed nicely, enjoyed the view of Hercules, enjoyed the loving address of the hostess, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and slept very well. We'll be back for sure! Kassel is a great city. And the apartment invites you to linger.

We stayed at Merle's cottage for 2 nights due to a wedding we had there. The cottage is very nicely located right in the center but still quiet. It is very cozy, tasteful and very clean. Sufficient parking space in the neighbourhood.
