The house is in the bottom row on the lake, so that no house in front of it takes away the view of the Diemelsee. Enjoy the peace and nature directly on site. If you want more action and sport, drive to Willingen, which is only 12km away, or to the equally popular town of Winterberg.

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

There is free parking in front of your private garage. Your bicycles or motorcycles are safe in the garage.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Sauna & hot tub must be booked on request. (€80) Both are fired with wood. (No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

Welcome to Villa Diemelsee – This luxurious holiday oasis is located in a secluded location surrounded by green forests and the clear waters of Diemelsee. Enjoy the villa's private wellness area with sauna, pool and hot tub. The cottage can accommodate up to five people. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. The location of the villa has direct access to hiking and biking trails in the Diemelsee and Willingen region.

The cozy vacation home Gabi is located above the Hennesee & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland landscape. It is completely made of wood inside and exudes cozy comfort in a rustic atmosphere. Cozy like 30 years ago! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sofa bed in the living room & a bunk bed, so it can accommodate 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with a wonderful view.

Experience relaxing days in our cozy vacation home for 6 people (76 sqm) in the idyllic vacation village above Lake Twist. Enjoy nature, peace and a variety of leisure activities for all ages: mini golf, playground, volleyball and table tennis right on site. The ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. The Twistesee is only a few minutes' walk away and offers a modern beach, water skiing and boat rental. .

Enjoy relaxing days in our cozy house directly on the Hennesee. The house is idyllically located between Meschede and Eslohe and offers a great view due to its hillside location (access via stairs). The surroundings offer highlights in all seasons – from water sports and hiking in summer to skiing in Bödefeld or Winterberg in winter. ​Please note: As this is a private rental, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Vacation home 20 in the forest by the lake Twistesee vacation

Our vacation home 20 can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms. The log cabin is located directly on the edge of the forest, is child-friendly and has its own parking space in front of the door. If you want to work on vacation, you can do this comfortably at the desk and use the existing Wi-Fi. Dogs are also welcome. The Twistesee can be reached quickly in about 300 meters.

Our approximately 40 m² apartment "Grün" offers cozy space for a stay of one to four people. It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020 and provides a cozy atmosphere with modern furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment also offers you a spacious terrace with seating and a barbecue, which you can use during your stay.

Next to the river & R1 cycle track, two-room flat

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.
