We spent the turn of the year 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great to see Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate is also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below us was very disruptive (maybe it was on the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. One plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

Rebecca's place is beautiful, very secluded and more spacious than you'd suspect from the pictures. We had a larger family gathering, but because there is ample space and different places where one can hang out (the reception for a game of table soccer / tennis), the living, the kitchen or large dining table in the hallway, it is very easy to both gather or split up in groups. Also the welcome was very attentive, with a bottle of wine and Christmas decorations present! This place is great value for money, with enough utensils in the kitchen etc, as well as three bathrooms. The house manual was german only and we never managed to figured out how the heating works (it works, just at unpredictable times, so instead we used the electric heaters that are present in number). With Amoneberg around the corner, a forest directly adjacent to the estate, and Marburg in the neighborhood, there are enough opportunities to wander around. Warmly recommended.

We spent some wonderful days at the bunny house! The apartment is furnished with so much love for detail – you immediately notice that someone with a heart is here. It had everything you needed and more. Especially for families, the bunny house is simply ideal: cozy, child-friendly and in a wonderfully quiet location. The area invites you to relax and explore. We felt at home from the first moment and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Lidias place. It is located a short walk from Kassell Wilhemshöhe. We were three adults and one two year old. Lidia was very helpful and prepared a travelbed and highchair for us. We enjoyed play in the garden and at the playground next to the house.

We felt very comfortable in the bright basement apartment. We worked a lot there, which went well at the dining room table. The apartment is spacious, so that yoga is also possible in the morning without much cleaning. Wifi was reliable and stable. The kitchen is well equipped and what we were missing, Karin borrowed us directly. There are more coffee machines than you can see in the pictures: a fully automatic machine for whole beans is also there, as is a small espresso cooker. And the regular coffee maker. The mattress in the bed was perfect for us, just the right hardness. The terrace is also super nice and in the summer certainly a great place to chill out. The TV has HDMI, our fire stick could be easily used. Unlike many other AirBnBs, Karin is generous with toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, so we didn't need our ones. Towels and tea towels were also plentiful. Thank you for everything!

I had a super nice stay at Sabine's: Super nice contact with Sabine, always very quick answers, 15-minute walk from the Kongress Palais Kassel Stadthalle and direct connection by tram to both Kassel/Wilhelmshöhe station and the city center, shopping right next door, room and bathroom were sparkling clean and the room is really well equipped. I particularly liked the comfortable bed and the oversized linens.

Diana's apartment is beautiful and very large! Diana welcomed us very lovingly and we really enjoyed being able to use some things like coffee, milk and cereals. Above all, the artistic details and the bathtub have been remembered :)

The room features two spacious beds with neutral bedding, complemented by minimalistic bedside tables with lamps. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, partially covered by sheer curtains, enhancing the bright and open atmosphere.

We enjoyed it, gladly again. The apartment is especially suitable for two people. The communication with Jasin was really good and ground floor means no stairs.

It's a pleasant apartment. Spacious. except the kitchen, it's really small. But has a mini oven, small microwave, 2-burner hot plate, Senseo and regular coffee maker and an electric kettle. A lot of walking stairs, which is to be expected in this region. A balcony with a nice view. It's not the newest apartment, at the same time it's cozy, warm and cozy. The fireplace is a huge plus.

Something very special! Nevertheless, I would like to say: “Stay away! And let's keep this peaceful and secluded place all to ourselves“;) you feel like a large landowner and as if you were alone in the world. You rent a small village with three buildings that give you a wonderful feeling of "your own farm." Very nice!

Steffen is a great host. I was able to talk to him very nicely and excitedly. He does everything he can to make sure his guests lack nothing. The room had a private bathroom and both were very clean and tidy. He made me a fresh coffee in the evening and in the morning after getting up. Almost like with me. I will definitely try to stay with Steffen again if i has to go to Göttingen. I almost felt at home. 12 out of 10 stars at least. Thank you Steffen for this nice stay in your beautiful house.

Birgit and Sven were wonderful hosts! I chose this flat because the outskirts of Kassel are more enjoyable than the inner city. The check in and check out was absolutely friendly and accommodating, and there was so much more on offer than I realized in their original post-- breakfast items, coffee, tea. The kitchen and living quarters of the house are stunning, light-filled, and beautifully appointed-- the smell of the fire in the stove was always a pleasant welcome back home. The surrounding garden is lush and green with plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the house. My room was located in the lower level which I found perfect because I could really focus on my work and have a bit of quiet. The bathroom was beautiful and well maintained. Without a car, this accommodation is not too far away from the city via public transportation, but if you have late nights, you will need to take taxi-- something to keep in mind. It was truly a joy to stay here-- I definitely recommend it!

Christian took care of everything very courteously and was very easily accessible. The house is very cozy and is in a secluded location next to a rippling creek. BBQ, make fire, sticks races in the creek, explore the forest, watch the stars. Pure nature. Great excursion and restaurant tips. Glad to come back!

We went to a seminar as a team. The house was great for our team. Lots of retreats, quiet surroundings, large living area for great conversations and cooking. There was nothing missing. The communication was fast and super friendly. Check-in/OUT were very straightforward. If you have any questions, someone was always available and help was straightforward and quick.
