Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

The apartment with the most beautiful view of Jicin, is located in a farmstead with a stable, which origin is dated back to the 17th century. The newly renovated suite offers all modern comfort, skylink TV, strong wi-fi, monitored parking. Our guests will experience the unique atmosphere of life on a farm with horses. Exceptional location allows our guests to be surrounded by meadows and pastures, and at the same time to be in walking distance of the historic center of Jicin

Chaloupka na horách

The cottage is located in a secluded area in the protective zone of the Krkonoše National Park. It was built in 1936 and it's partially renovated. There can accommodate 8 people. The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes wood for heating, electricity, cleaning, bedding, towels, tea, coffee and the city fee. Pets are welcome for a fee of 150 CZK/night, payable during your stay. Access is uphill via a forest road. At the winter time we park 450m below the hill.
