Pididomek is located in the middle of meadows and forests, far from all camps and neighbors, in sight of the Prachovské skály rocks in the Bohemian Paradise. It is a 100% island housing system, where electricity is produced by the sun and the use of water from the tanks needs to be thought twice. In the context of today, this is a very interesting experience. The cottage is designed for a family with children, where children sleep in a mini-bedroom upstairs and parents on a Japanese futon made of bamboo fibers. The meadow where the cottage stands is fully available to guests.

The Krakonoš apartment is a two-storey cozy and luxuriously equipped accommodation in a 35 m² mountain cottage. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, oven and TV, bathroom with large shower. The attic bedroom has a double bed + 1 extra bed. Thanks to its location, it combines peace and authentic mountain atmosphere with walking access to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. The perfect place for relaxing and active holidays in the Giant Mountains.

From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

The architectural and interior design are based on natural materials from the region. It's great place for solo adventurers or couples that are looking for a quiet place to be alone with their thought, reading, writing, meditating, painting, swiming in the waterfall, listening to music, biking, runing or long walking in the beautiful forest surrounding.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.
