Our rustic house in a quiet part of Karpacz offers a unique view of Śnieżka and the Karkonosze Mountains, as well as proximity to nature that cannot be replicated. Morning coffee with a view of the mountains, evenings by the fireplace and silence - everything awaits you right here. The perfect base for mountain hikes, a reset or remote work - away from the crowds. You can rent half the house for 6 people or the whole house for 12 people. The house is fully equipped so you can enjoy a comfortable and convenient vacation. The tourist tax is payable on site at PLN 3.50 per person per day.

The Rustykalny apartment in Karpacz is a two-level apartment for 4 people. The 52 sqm apartment includes a large living room with a fireplace, TV and kitchenette, two lockable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and an additional toilet. From the living room you can go out to the balcony, which has a beautiful view of the Rudawy Janowickie. The apartment is on the second floor of the building (no elevator). During your stay, you can use the free parking space in the garage. For an additional fee, we allow you to stay with a dog.

Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.
