In front of the house is the possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a barbecue overlooking Černý Důl. Above the house is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Montenegro. The ski slopes are 5min. walk away. Summer swimming is possible in the creek and 5km away by campsite with a swimming pool.

If you come with a pet, please note that the garden is not 100% fenced, where thujas grow, a fence is missing. In the cold season, the space is heated in about 5 hours. If you book a cottage, YOU NEED TO HAVE experience heating in the stove with wood. To regulate heat, a chimney flap is used. We use a dry composting toilet.
