In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
