Maravillosa. La estancia ha sido estupenda. Piscinas muy cuidadas y tranquilas, zona tranquila, la cala un espectáculo. La casa está súper bien, con todas las comodidades y unas vistas inmejorables. Sin duda volveremos y la recomendamos.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ein Auto definitiv von Vorteil. Es ist alles da was man brauch, sogar ein Außengrill. Frische Orangen und Zitronen die man direkt von den Bäumen auf dem Grundstück pflücken & mittels vorhandener Küchengeräte gleich zu z.B. Limonade oder Orangensaft verarbeiten kann. Nando ist sehr freundlich, schnell zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit gewesen. Gerne wieder!!!

Une vue imprenable depuis la loggia de nuit comme de jour . Le logement est pratique et confortable. La place de parking en sous sol privé est un plus. Seul bémol nous ne savions pas que la piscine était fermée à cette date . A 2 pas de MUNDOMAR ét AQUALANDIA.

Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

Muy buena estadía, casita súper acogedora y completa para pasar días de relax y desconectar de la ciudad. Todo en un solo lugar.

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen aufgrund der tollen Lage. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet

Tusen takk Clotilde for et flott opphold og din store gjestfrihet. Vi ankom noe seint og ble møtt med en stor fruktkurv. Leiligheten var perfekt, og inneholder alt du trenger for en vellykket ferie. Terrassen med den vakre utsikten er helt nydelig og er hyggelig sted å drikke morgenkaffen sin. Rett nedenfor leiligheten er det en fin strandpromenade som tar deg inn til byen. Altea har mange gode restauranter og gamlebyen er riktig så sjarmerende. Siste dagen hadde vi en sein retur med fly til Norge og fikk da låne leiligheten gratis noen timer ekstra. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Clotildes koselige leilighet.

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

Alessia was a very friendly hostess, always available to answer our questions! The appartment is as shown in the photos, very clean and with a lot of utilities which we thank for. Location is 10 minutes from the beach and the closest supermarket. The check-in and check-out was very flexible given that nobody was coming to the appartment right after us. Thank you so much Alessia, we had an amazing time!

Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Martina's apartment. It was easy to locate and only a short walk from the airport bus stop (Puerta del Mar) which we used to transfer from Alicante Airport. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Tram Line 5 stop with the same name. The apartment is very close to the excellent beach and numerous restaurants. The lift to Santa Barbara Castle is also only a few minutes away. We took the lift in the evening when it was less busy and walked back down. The apartment is spacious and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Martina responds very quickly to any concerns although we did not need to trouble her. I recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Susana was really kind to come and take us into the apartment explaining everything to us, and the view was stunning, even better than the photos, everything was as descripted. It was a shame that we came in the wrong time of the year and couldn’t take advantage of the external pool but it doesnt matter because you got the beach (and everything and every place you need) in 10-15 minutes by walk. If I come back in the future I’ll try to book with Susana again for sure!

Jean Paul und Francine sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie sind nebenan und dadurch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix aus Erholung, Ruhe und wenn man möchte kann man in der Umgebung an verschiedenen Marinas oder kleinen Städtchen - aber auch touristischen Orten wie Calpe in den Rummel eintauchen.Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den Blick aus dem Esszimmer sehr genossen. Der Pool war blitzblank und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Apartamento en perfecto estado , no hemos echado nada en falta , muy limpio y ordenado . La ubicación excelente , menos de 1 minuto en llegar a la playa y restaurantes exquisitos a su alrededor . Zona muy tranquila y acogedora . Alejandro siempre muy atento y amable , repetiré sin duda .

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

wij, echtpaar van 74 en 79 jaar hebben 1/2/3/ 2025 in het appartement, op het zuiden, met totale privacy, doorgebracht op de 8e verdieping met lift bereikbaar. Het appartement was zoals beschreven en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. We misten wel een magnetron, die we daar zelf hebben aangeschaft. De auto staat op een , met een slagboom(afstandbediening), afgesloten ruim parkeerterrein.Met een buskaart ga je voor E 1,50 per persoon heen en terug van beginpunt Montiboli naar eindpunt Tellerosa(wandelgebied)door Villajojosa. Bij het appartement is trouwens volop gelegenheid om te wandelen . Moeilijkheidsgraad verschilt per gebied. Voor de tennisliefhebber zijn er meer dan 15 tennisbanen beschikbaar. Met Alexander konden we prima communiceren en reageerde vrijwel direct met oplossingen. Resumerend kunnen wij met voldoening terugkijken op ons 3-maandelijks verbijf in Montiboli en in het appartement van Alexander en raden het aan toekomstige overwinteraars en iedereen aan

Monika est une superbe hôte, très réactive. Le logement est propres, fonctionnel, une vue exceptionnel sur la mer. Tout a était parfait. Les exterieurs, jardins, piscines tout reste propre Niveau rapport qualité prix au top. Je recommande a 1000% l’appartement de Monika
