Hi, very great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Paco's place! As described and photos, in a peaceful and private location with a shaded and quiet terrace perfect in the middle of August. The accommodation is very well equipped. Carmen's welcome was warm and she was available throughout the stay, thank you very much. She also took the time to explain everything to us as soon as we arrived. The cottage is located about 20km from Barcelona accessible by car, train (from Montmeló) or by the coast by bike (from El Masnou beach) Montserrat Mountain is also close by. A place conveniently located between sea/mountain/museums. Thank you again for a lovely stay in your home and the quality of your welcome. We embrace you.

Great stay with our children in this great rental. The kids were thrilled to have a trampoline and playhouse to play in, but obviously the pool. The place is great, the sofa bed is very comfortable. Everything is in this rental: an extremely nice, helpful and warm host, a view of the mountains, perfect calm! We'll be happy to go back!

I enjoyed my time here. The flat is light, clean and well furnished, with windows and balcony giving a lovely view across the bay to Barcelona, and the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. The propietors aren't local, but are helpful and respond quickly. Station & beach are 10 minutes walk and frequent trains take 30mins to the centre of Barcelona; they go on to midnight and there are night buses. Not a lot happening in Premia de Mar but, in winter at least, it's greener and more tranquil than Barcelona. I found it a great base to work and read, and combine with all that Barcelona has to offer.
