Welcome to my bright, open planned top floor apartment with a fantastic view of Portos old city, the Douro river, the famous bridge and the Port wine houses. My apartment is perfect for two couples or a family (2 double beds) who sometimes wishes to relax and cook dinner at home. When your children go to sleep you can still be part of the nightlife, enjoying the view from the balcony while sipping a glass of wine. Plenty of free parking on the street but also ask me if my garage is available!

IMPORTANT : the house next to the building will be enter in construction this year . It might be some noise and disturbing during the day between 8:00 and 5:00 pm . Matosinhos Old Town house is a property with 200 m2 , restored in 2018 with a terrace in Matosinhos. It is at 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 1 minute from the metro station Brito Capelo to get the Porto city center in 40 minutes. Surrounded with the best fish restaurants. Perfect for families and big groups.

This spacious duplex on the 3rd floor is ideally located in the historic centre of Porto, just a short distance to Sao Bento Station and 3 indoor car parks: Cardosas, Ribeira, and Clérigos. It comprises a large living room equipped with a sofa bed and armchair a TV and a desk, a large separate fully equipped kitchen with a balcony and a washroom with toilet on the first level and two large double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower on the second level.
