Vacation rentals with a balcony in Vila Nova de Gaia

Loved absolutely everything about this apartment. Easy check in, great location, amazing view and quick/easy communication!

It’s very well located and everything is just like the photos. However, as the other review mentioned, soundproofing could be better. I could hear neighbors talking as well as wash machine running from upstairs. Also, I’d suggest the host to provide shower gel in a reusable bottle instead of providing disposable soaps; and since wash machine is available to use, it’d be nice to have some laundry detergent. There’s also construction going on next door, but it’s beyond the host’s control. Overall, I’d still recommend this place.

A very affordable price given the quality of the home. Beautiful setting, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped (bedding is really comfortable). We'll be sure to come back during our next stay in Porto! Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. We stayed as a family of four, with two small children. There was plenty of space and my children loved initially discovering the bathroom that seemed hidden away in the wardrobe of one of the bedrooms! There's a big supermarket only 3 mins walk away and the tram stop is about a 5 to 10 mins walk away too. It was an easy walk downhill to the river and the World of Wine, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The food market (Mercado Beira-Rio) is definitely worth checking out. You can get some good quality food and drinks, as well as juices, fruit and baked goods that are reasonably priced. The apartment itself was modern and we loved the prints of local scenes that were dotted around the walls of the apartment. We had a lovely stay here and we would definitely recommend this place. We would happily return if we were visiting Porto again.

Very cosy flat with modern furniture and nice ambiance. Close to public transport and walking distance to the city center and restaurants. Communication with GuestReady was very good and we got all info we needed! We enjoyed our stay very

Great location (although ontop of a hill, but this is expected for Porto!), well-stocked kitchen, decent size for a couple for a few nights and really clean. Only slight negative was pillows were quite thin, but otherwise fantastic. Host was really responsive so I’m sure they would have sorted it had we messaged.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful just like the photos and is spotless. The location is ideally located on a quiet street in the centre of Porto, within walking distance of all main attractions. We had issues with the code for the building not working, however Guest Ready responded within 20 minutes and sent someone to test the lock. They told us that the lock was working fine, but we never managed to get it to work for the whole stay ourselves and had to resort to using an alternative way to get into the building. Some outdoor seating for the balcony would have made the apartment even more perfect, but this didn’t take away from all the other good points making this a 5 star stay for us.

We had an amazing stay at this villa for the weekend! The place is beautiful with the best view and although around 45 mins-1 hour from Porto, it was perfect. It had everything we needed and more and the host was super responsive and helped us with a later check out which was great. There is also a gorgeous family owned restaurant right by where the food and people were amazing! Would highly recommend and would 100% come back to this place!

the accommodation is impeccable nothing to say very nice spacious house, you can park the car in the property, as for Mr. Nuno the owner he welcomed us very warmly and we thank him for all the gifts and the bottle of dry white wine in the fridge which was excellent, and we hope to return as soon as possible 🇵🇹❤️

we had a pleasant stay at this lovely villa. Conveniently located, close to beaches and city center. It is perfectly equipped for a large family and the cleaning is at the top. I'd recommend it unseen

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

The apartment had everything you need and privacy in each room with its own private bathroom, highly recommended for groups of couples!

Very nice apartment with fantastic views! It is very centrally located, so you can get everywhere quickly.
