Waterfront vacation rentals in Viareggio

Great Location! right in the middle of everything, close to the train station, close to nice restaurants, nice views from the patio, we really don't think we could have found a better place. This was just perfect! Andrea was a great host, we would see him around town from time to time, he communicated extremely well. We stayed 5 nights and slept with the windows open and could hear the ocean waves at night. We hope to return as there is still so much to see in this area! If we do we will stay here! Manuela and her home were perfect for our stay in Riomaggiore! The view is unbeatable and we enjoyed our coffee on the porch (there are two!) every morning. The view from the bedroom is also fantastic! We love our time there. Manuela was a fabulous host. She offered to meet us at the train station so we didn’t get lost trying to find the apartment. Which was very sweet. I can recommend this home!

Our stay in Vernazza was a highlight of our Italy trip, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable. Traveling as a family of six, we found the perfect mix of comfort, space, and charm. The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of character — with postcard-worthy views from the terrace that took our breath away every evening. The location was ideal: close to the train, harbor, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away. We loved waking to the sound of the sea and stepping right into the heart of Vernazza. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving snacks to greet us. If you're visiting Vernazza, don’t miss this place — it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

Kelly and Yuri were so communicative! They went out of their way to welcome us, feed us information, restaurant recommendations, suggestions on what to do - and they got us local pricing on a number of activities. The sunset cruise with Capitan Pepe was epic, beautiful and hilarious. The pace is up some steep stairs, but way closer to the water and town center than many other places. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt new and fresh. The pillows were varied and perfect. We so appreciated the well-enough stocked kitchen. Eating out can get crazy expensive, so being able to cook meals was essential for us.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

Great location, beautiful terrace view, awesome host. Took me one minute to walk down to the little grocery spot to pick up things for breakfast. Great little kitchen with coffee supplies and mostly everything needed to cook. Just wished we had a few more days at this spot!

Carlotta’s accomodation is by far the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed in. Not only is it in the most picturesque place, but it is the perfect location to enjoy some privacy, the marina and the gorgeous little town. Carlotta and her Dad looked after us incredibly well, gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade limoncello and the most delicious cannoli. We were so touched by their thoughtfulness. The accomodation is clean and fits the description perfectly. If you’re thinking about doing Cinque Terre this is absolutely the best pick of the accomodation. 10/10

Хозяева очень дружелюбные люди, всегда помогу и подскажут, они заботятся о комфорте для заселяющихся,даже лучше, чем в дорогом отеле! Это был восторг, место в 7 минутах от моря, можно встречать красивые закаты. Очень ухоженная территория, абрикосовое дерево и вокруг красота! Я с нетерпением жду встречи снова, я не хотела уезжать, мне было очень комфортно!

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

We are so grateful to Alessio for meeting us at the train station and carrying our bags up the steps to the apartment. The apartment location could not be better and it’s even better in real life than the pictures. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking overlooking the stunning harbour and hillside surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. The seafood here is superb . Vernazza in our opinion is the prettiest of the 5 villages and an ideal base for the surrounding hikes. We enjoyed the Corniglia to Vernazza, Vernazza to Monterosso, Via Dell Amore from Riomaggiore to Manarola. We also enjoyed a 2 hour boat trip to see all villages from the sea. Vernazza also has excellent gelateria. A highlight of our trip so far , we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Vernazza. It’s worth exploring all 5 villages. They are so easily connected by train and each has a unique charm. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Sibilla und Claudio, der gut Englisch spricht, haben uns sehr nett empfangen und sich Zeit genommen, um alles zu erklären. Bei der Abreise sind sie sogar extra früh aufgestanden, um uns zu verabschieden. Das Haus ist praktisch neu, alles in bestem Zustand und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, auch das Laden unseres E-Autos hat geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Tellaro er en rolig perle med alt man trenger innen få minutters gange. Leiligheten ligger midt i byen og har topp fasiliteter, egenart og en utrolig flott beliggende takterrasse med sol hele dagen. Et minutts gange til morgenbad og butikk. Veldig god seng og kjekt med kjøling i alle rom. Vaskemaskin gjør at man kan reise lett. Stedet og vertskapet anbefales på det sterkeste. 10/10👏🏻🤩

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

We enjoyed our stay. Very responsive host and appartement was in good shape and only a short walk away from the beach. The only thing for us that there were constructions downstairs so noise for our baby, but the host tried to manage to ease our experience.

This is an authentic Airbnb owned by people who care and love the place. It is the cleanest place I have ever seen, we felt like home! There is not enough place like this in the last years on Airbnb, it is a very precious gem. You feel the love everywhere in this lovely appartement. Book quickly, you won’t regret it! The view is amazing and you can reach Cinque Terre easily.

El alojamiento de Enkeleta es perfecto! La ubicación es fantástica ya que está a pocos minutos del tren. El departamento es mucho más lindo que en las fotos, está muy bien equipado, el kit de bienvenida es muy completo. Cuesta un poco estacionar en la zona pero con paciencia se encuentra lugar. Bello alojamiento!

Le logement d’Antonio est incroyable. La situation est parfaite : à quelques minutes à pieds d’une petite plage très mignonne, et à quelques minutes du vieux port dans lequel vous trouverez un super kiosque à huîtres toutes fraîches, un petit bar très sympa avec de bons cocktails, une ambiance vraiment italienne et pas trop touristique. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison et nous souhaitions plus partir ! Un ascenseur permet de relier ce logement sur les hauteurs à la ville, ce qui était parfait car mon copain venait de se faire opérer des ligaments croisés. Nous recommandons le logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Laura was the most wonderful host we have had yet! She had asked did we want an early check in as her guests were leaving early. She met us and showed us around. She was in contact during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything and She organised a transfer for us for a very early flight. And when the transfer arrived at 4am he came with two croissants for us. She has also left us pasta, tomato’s and basil to use and a chocolate tart from a local bakery. She really went above and beyond and I really can’t recommend her enough she was wonderful.
