Take the time to discover our beautiful lively region. Both far and quite close to the activity of the cities, our house is halfway between Saint-Emilion and Bergerac (30 minutes). It takes 1 hour to reach Bordeaux or Périgueux by car. The train is a short drive from the property.

On three levels, on the ground floor a living room, on the first floor a bathroom with toilet and on the third floor bedroom with 160 bed, all in a stone and beam environment. A terrace not overlooked that rises above the pool with a view of the beautiful park. You will be provided with a gate remote control, ensuring you have complete independence.
