Björkholmen, our beloved home in the heart of beautiul Småland. Björkholmen is a full size house with a big garden, located at the Swedish countryside but just 15 minutes from the closest city Växjö. With national park lake Åsnen just 30 minutes away and several other popular destinations (Glasriket, Astrid Lindgrens värld, Ljungby Sagomuseum, Swedish zipline) within a couple of hours drive, it's the perfect place for a family who wants to discover Småland. Close to Åsnen, its national park and free nature

With the lake Åsnen at sight, open fields around it and the forest behind, this place can offer all the best of Swedish countryside. The cottage is across the courtyard to the main house. Your entrance is facing mine, but outside the backdoor you´ll find all the space you need to be on your own. Nice beaches on convenient distance and within a radius of 10 km you will find cosy cafés, farmers shops and much more. And not to forget: Åsnen National Park, of which I´m certified as a collaborator.

Ramkvilla cabin

Ramkvilla is situated right in the middle of Småland on the brink of the highlands. A real pearl with very good opportunities for swimming, fishing, training, hiking, golfing and more. The cabin is situated next to my house but somewhat secluded with its own veranda. The cabin is fully equipped and for season 2024 partially renovated (kitchen/bedroom) and if needed I can offer local knowledge, guiding etc. It is also overlooking the golf course with only 68m to the first green...

Guest House Skälsnäs

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and livestock, we rent out a vacation home close to the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog per night. If there are several of you, we also rent out our “Lake House on Skälsnäs Estate” (see there), located directly on the lake, as well as our “Brygghus”, with sauna house and lake view.

Södraskog holiday cottage at the lakeside.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of three main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. 2. A separate cottage with two bunk beds. Which makes it suitable for four persons. 3. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.

Newly built guest house with 2 separate apartments, which can be rented together or separately. The guesthouse is adjacent to our desert farm and has access from outside to its own toilet, bath and outdoor kitchen with gas stove. The lovely terrace has sun from dinner to sunset and views of the creek.

This fully equipped cottage has a fireplace and a newly renovated bathroom. It is located in the beauitful village of Ramkvilla and is less than one minute from the lake and the woods. Here you can relax but also take part in the many activities that is offered by RAMOA.
