Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

The bus ride to the city center takes about 15 minutes. The house has a carport with charging box and space for 2 cars. One of the bedrooms is decorated as an office for those who travel for work. The house is also well suited for those traveling with children. On the associated plot there is a trampoline and access to a barbecue.
