The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Stuga Björkdalen

Newly renovated cottage of about 25 well-planned square meters on a scenic plot close to the water, nice nature and fun activities. See more in Gustaf's guidebook when it comes to surroundings and activities. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of two adults and two younger children, there are two 90x200cm beds and one 135x180. The cottage was renovated in 2024 with new floors in the bedrooms, repainted and new wardrobe. New doors in the kitchen, new stove and fan, a smaller combined hot air oven/air fryer and washing machine. New toilet and sink.

We live on a headland with water around us. Above our double garage, we have an apartment with all the amenities. Have access to your own dock with swimming. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

Welcome to our newly built apartment in scenic Kalvsvik, 25 km south of Växjö. The accommodation is located in the northern part of Åsnens and in the area there is the possibility of a lot of outdoor life in beautiful nature. Close to swimming area, country shop, paddle tennis court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Stay centrally in our small cozy courtyard house with free parking outside. Here's everything you need. It is perfect for two people, but if you have a small child, it can also work. There is a double bed, dining table, sofa corner and tiled bathroom. You have your own small patio. Växjö is well located with just over an hour by car to Öland, Halmstad, Karlskrona and Jönköping. Astrid Lindgren's world and High Chaparral are also a little over an hour away. Växjö has a nice city center.

In the woods of Asa (called the highlands of southern Sweden) we rent out our stuga. It is located in a beautiful area in Småland with lots of lakes, hills and forests, there are nearby bathing areas with jetties and beaches for swimming, fishing and boating. There are several hiking trails and cities nearby. (Like Växjö) The cottage is located in the woods on our property. We live off-grid and try to create a vegetable garden full of flowers every year.
