The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Newly renovated areas with toilet, laundry room, shower, kitchenette with sink, stove, fan and fridge. Bedlinen and towels are available. We have mini bar with food, snacks and drinks

The villa has two bedrooms with double beds (continental) + one bedroom with single bed. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub and one toilet. Large modern kitchen with kitchen island and dining table direct exit to large secluded deck. Lovely garden with several patios and space for play/games. Parking is available.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
