Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kronoberg County

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place. The area is insanely beautiful. The house is large and well equipped. There are many games for the kids. Anna and Gunnar were very friendly and helpful, communication was spotless. Tip: Within walking distance, there is a delightful cafe/restaurant in a nursery. Thanks for the nice time!

We (being two adults, one teen, and our dog) stayed here for five nights. Communication with Ole was super good from the start. We found the house to be clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The yard is great with a small fence so our small dog could roam freely. The deck furniture is super comfortable. Even though the cabin sits on a small road, it is a deadend street with only once house on it past his so there is no car traffic and little foot traffic. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is comfortable, the dinning room is nice. We found the beds to be comfortable. We used the gas grill outside for most dinners and it was great. There are games and the tv had Netflix, Wifi worked well. Ole was super flexible and accomodating, he allowed us to come early and leave late on our last day when we had a late night ferry to catch. There is a small grocery store close buy but it doesn't have much. There are tons of attractions to do that are close by. Great stay.

Fantastic stay with our four kids who enjoyed themselves on the outdoor property throughout the day. Beautiful cranes, hare, squirrels seen. Tip from the blackbird burger bar and Handelsbod Loshult, both great! We would love to come back to enjoy the silence again!

We spent 5 days over Easter in Susan and Greg's wonderful cabin. It's in such an idyllic place, the cabin is cosy and have all you need, there is a lake a few hundred meters away, where we could borrow their private little boat to sail around. Greg was super helpful with recommendations for walks, and we even got to feed their alpacas. 100% recommend. We will be back

This unique home in a cozy historical house is so worth a visit! Loved all the little details and the peaceful village in the woods. Big equipped kitchen for family style cooking. There’s a lot of things to do around there but just hanging out in the house is great in itself. There was stuff for our kids which was a plus. Chris and Elin were also great hosts, quick at replying and easy going.

We stayed here for over a week and felt comfortable. Everything is available and clean. Communication was always quick and friendly.

Majja is a very loving hostess, who was always available to us by phone and assisted us with planning. The cottage is very cozyly decorated. Our four children were able to let off steam in the garden and on the paddock. The property is very quietly located on the edge of the forest and invites you to pick blueberry. Nearby are many great lakes for swimming and canoeing.

We were received in a very friendly manner and were allowed to park our bicycles in the shed. The location is quiet and the ICA can be easily reached on foot.

We arrived late and left early. We had a good dialogue with the hosts before arrival. They always responded very quickly when we had any questions. The apartment was clean and fresh and met our expectations. Thank you so much for us!

I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Alina’s place was comfortable and convenient and everything was well explained or very intuitive. The kitchen had lots of utensils and room to cook and I liked that it had a dining table that was separate from the living room/sleep area. Both rooms were very spacious. Getting there from the station was easy as was finding the keys. My only problem was not reading the instructions clearly about which apartment it was and trying the wrong doors. Once id read them again and realised it was the next floor up it was all fine! Alina was very responsive and checked that everything was ok. Would happily stay there again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. It is located in a quiet residential area and you can walk to the center! A food market is two streets away. Fast and friendly communication with the landlords.

It was all as we expected! The flexibel arrival with the key in the box was exactly what we needed because of our late arrival. Everything was nice and clean. We will recommend Jenny to everybody.

Warm, likeable and wonderful hosts. We felt very comfortable and immediately took Brana & Anders into our hearts. The place was lovely and there were flowers in the kitchen and lavender in the living room and bedroom to welcome us. We were allowed to snack on tomatoes, physalis and raspberries from the garden. The tips for excursions were good and the surrounding area is wonderful.

I had a lovely stay at this quiet little apartment right by the lake. The setting is beautiful. You can also easily reach Älmhult city center in half an hour on foot. Thank you!

Home in basement with private entrance The room has a bed and a couple of cabinets. Access to a small living room, ok equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good public transportation with host. Responds quickly to messages. Within walking distance to Central Alvesta. The room has a small window, which made it a little light as it didn't close. Nice park nearby, with trails for running or walking. Pretty short but nice surface and nice environment.

The apartment is beautiful, it really has everything you need. The terrace is a big plus. It's very clean, Ágnes provides clear instructions so we are never lost. The private parking is also a major advantage. Shops are very close by, and it's also very close to the city center and the lake. A must-do

I stayed in Växjö's place for a month at Rabea's place. We were able to change the arrival and departure without any problems because of a few points, which was the better solution for both of us, thank you GREAT for that :). Otherwise, everything was 5**** ** stars. Whether the accommodation, the surroundings, the weather. Rabea was also able to give me valuable tips for excursions and was available for various questions for the entire stay. The apartment had everything that made my 4 week a home. To watch TV, I had my Waipu stick with me, which made a 1:1 TV as in Germany via the Wi-Fi (which was excellent). Shopping in the area is also mega. Whether groceries, gas stations, restaurants or shopping, everything is there. I didn't need my car in everyday life for the 4 weeks. A great experience was the ice hockey games of the Växjö Lakers right next door, you can book online. For sports, the gym/spa in the house but also the lakes in the area were super great for walking.
