Cottage vacation rentals in Kronoberg County

We felt very comfortable at Pascale and Steve's place. The conversation with Steve at the beginning and end of our trip was very fun. If we are back in the area and need a cottage, this will be our first choice. We can recommend the place without hesitation and 100%.

A lovely (big) house , well appointed and very neat. Lovely quiet surroundings and lots to see in a short (drive) distance. Carl is quick and accurate in his response (although everything just worked and there were not many needs to contact him: -) )

We had a lovely stay in Solgården! The house is nicely furnished, making you feel right at home. In addition, it is surrounded by forest and you will unwind all the way here. In the garden there are a lot of children's appliances, which our son had a wonderful time with. There is a swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit, and there are lots of toys. Also there is a hot tub, where you can relax in. Highly recommended as far as we are concerned if you are looking for peace, nature but also like to look for entertainment for your children. Stefanie is a very nice host, who responds quickly to your questions and likes to think in terms of solutions! Greetings from the Dammers family!

We wanted peace and quiet in the middle of nature and got what we wanted! Wonderful location with a lake view but still not far from Tingsryd where you can buy most things at phenomenal Börjes :) The house has all sorts of amenities both inside and outside so we could cozy up, barbecue, play board games and just swim the sauna and hot tub, even under the stars! Pascale and Steve kindly explained how everything worked and gave tips about both one and the other. The excursions to Åsnen, the car cemetery in Ryd and Stenfors use were very much appreciated by our small children (4 and 10 years old). That we got to see moose, deer, fallow deer, hare and cranes was a plus :) We are more than happy to return!

We had a little stop over at Sofias place as we searched for beautiful hiking spots around the area on our way to Stockholm it was just what we needed after a busy few days. Cosy welcoming and loved being able to sit around the fireplace chatting and planning the next day on our trip

We visited Skälsnäs Gård for Easter with our two children of 1 and 4, and we had a great time. We haven't lived in a house with so much soul before, and we felt so comfortable. It's the perfect getaway for kids who love to play, both inside and out. The nature is very beautiful and the surroundings were quiet and idyllic. The house is older, but the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern amenities, and it was easy to cook for the family. Vaxjo is the main town nearby and it takes about 30 min by car. Cozy town with good bakeries and cafes. Since there are no shopping opportunities close by, we recommend making a meal plan so you don't have to shop every day. There is a water park (Actic) that our kids loved and we visited twice. The place is easy to find and the host was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Lena is a very sympathetic, warm hostess who speaks English very fluently. Google maps quickly found the destination and Lena helped us on our way with the necessary instructions. The residence is blissfully located on the edge of the lake. We stayed on site to just enjoy.

We, 3 adults and 2 dogs, were allowed to spend a very quiet and relaxed week in Anna's house directly on the lake. So far, everything was available for everyday life in the house. Communication was very good and Anna was always available. We felt very comfortable! For your information: The stairs are steep and the steps are offset.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Fabian was an amazing host and was friendly and very attentive. Thank you for a great long weekend, everything exceeded our expectations!

The hut is very cozy and well equipped. Would 100% recommend. You just need to bee aware that you only have cold water and need to bring your own bedsheets.

we had a lovely stay at Anjas place! The cottage was lovely, cozy, warm and cute with all the facilities needed. Anja and her husband were very helpful with checking in and proactive. The surroundings were beautiful with loads of possibilities to walk, hike and even bike. We would love to come again.

Very much enjoyed our short stay in Anders’ little house in the garden. Had all we needed as a family of three, and we enjoyed our stay in Växjö. Anders and partner met us to say hello and offer us anything we needed, which is appreciated and then unobtrusive. Perfect. We all slept well and enjoyed this quiet little spot

We felt comfortable right away! The house is beautiful, the location fantastic and the neighbors also made a friendly impression. There is actually almost everything you need in the house. What a nice cottage. Fully equipped. Slept wonderfully. All information about the use and final cleaning was clearly described.

We had a great stay at Peter's. Peter is a super nice host who is happy to talk to you. The location is very quiet. The cottage looks good and is equipped with everything you need. Near Alvesta and Ljungby, you can take beautiful walks along lakes and through nature reserves. In short, we can highly recommend this place to anyone who loves peace and the Swedish landscape of Småland.
