Dear Liv, it was an absolute pleasure to stay in your house. Your house, your garden and the surroundings: it all fits together so well. You are a lovely warm and nice host and we felt immediately welcome. It felt like ‘coming home’. The house is a bit outdated, but that just adds to the experience. It was all really clean and super complete. Everything you wish for was facilitated: all utilities for the kitchen, toys for our little boy, access to the garden (and the delicious fruit from the trees!), a bbq and you even gave us bbq-utensils when you saw that we wanted to eat in the garden. You can walk to the lake in 30 seconds and it’s just stunning. Locals take a swim, go in a kayak and bike/walk around. We loved it. You gave us a flexible check in & check out and that was really nice since we have a young boy who’s still sleeping during the day. All together: thank you for making us feel home when we were on vacation. From all the places we stayed, we enjoyed this one the most.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation with many sleeping places. Here we slept well on our way to Astrid Lindgren's World.

We had a wonderful stay at Carina's place, it's the most quiet location I have ever visited. Still Osby was just a 5 min drive away, where our kids enjoyed the Brio Museum. From there it was just 10 min with the train to Älmhult where we also enjoyed the Ikea Museum. The forests are full with blueberries and cranberries. The accomodation was spacious and well-equipped. Carina was a wonderful host. Her husband loves renovating things, so they even placed a cute retro petrol station in the car. Don't worry it's just decorative and not in use :-) Besides one has wonderful view into the nature. We'd be happy to return one day.

If you are looking for a quiet and secluded accommodation in Swedish nature, this is the place. Shopping is about 15 minutes away by car. Numerous lakes in the area for hiking, swimming or fishing are easily accessible, with Lake Bolmen to mention. In the adjacent forest there are blueberries, cranberry and certainly also one or the other mushroom.

Cheerful, fresh and with everything you might need for a few days stay in Växjö. Quietly located in a quiet residential neighborhood with proximity to city and shops. Nice reception at check-in and the communication from the host has been fast and service-minded.

Good communication before the holiday. Easy check in and check out. Particularly noteworthy is the owner of the house, who is on the way to another place when we stood at the trail point with an empty car battery to help us get started. Thanks for that
