The cottage is located 12 km outside Älmhult at Bökönasjön which is included in the Helgeåns water system. Furnished boathouse at the lake edge which is overnightable, fireplaces and a lot of coziness!Boat included and three kayaks available to hire. Also some help with transportation,guiding and basic knowledge in kayaking can be arranged in conjunction with the rental of kayaks. Great fishing waters and very nice paddling tours in both lake and Helge river!

Terrace from which the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and incredibly beautiful. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
