Newly renovated, modern small “fisherman's cabin” with furnished sundeck and orangery. 200 meters to swimming, possibility of sauna (for a fee) with panoramic view of the water, sun-warm cliffs and own jetty next to the fairway. Nature reserve around the corner with great trails. 20 car minutes or 45 enjoyable boat minutes from Strömkajen, Stockholm City with landing Koviksudde, then about 10 minutes walk. Bike rental nearby! NOTE: The stay in the cottage is only for the tenants!

Modern guest house near the ocean

Our guest house was constructed in 2022 and we are renting it out weekly during the summer. Bookings Saturday-Saturday only. There is a 200 meter walk down to the beach and the area has several hiking trails. A 10 minute walk from the house you can catch the boat to Stockholm city. Our house has full amenities with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and air con. Towels, bedding etc are included. Electricity and water is included. There is parking for 1 car.

The sea cottage

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings, you can enjoy magical sunsets directly from the balcony or the jetty. The cottage is about 40 sqm and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent SUP for wonderful trips on the water.

Visit the Stockholm archipelago or take the bus or boat to the City. Good opportunities to work undisturbed. Charge your electric car at cost price. The nearest bus stop (Risetvägen, Nacka) is about 900 meters from the guest house and the stop (Riset) for the boats is 250 meters. By car to Stockholm City it takes 25 minutes outside rush hour traffic.
