One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
