Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. A wonderful house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year. All conveniences with wholly equipped kitchen, bbq, cable tv, internet, games, etc. Heated pool from early June until early September. Great spot for fishing, hiking, golf, sailing, boating.
