This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom. Botten är väldigt långgrund vilket passar både barn och hundar. Stranden är också uppskattad av kanotister vilka sedan har en kort paddling till Stendörrens naturreservat. Utsikten från såväl sovrum som vardagsrum gör denna plats förtrollande och våra gäster hänförda. Koppla av över en helg eller sätt guldkant på sommarsemestern.

A wonderful house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year. All conveniences with wholly equipped kitchen, bbq, cable tv, internet, games, etc. Heated pool from early June until early September. Great spot for fishing, hiking, golf, sailing, boating.
