The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Soak in the peace of the countryside in Little Dipper, our restored 1964 vintage camper nestled on our 40-acre working farm. Aromatic cedar, a handmade dining table, a plush queen bed, and a kitchenette provide for cozy glamping comfort. Step outside to enjoy the stars, campfire, an outdoor shower, and friendly farm animals—all just a short drive from Lompoc, the beach, flower fields, and wine country.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.
