Monthly Rentals in Vail

Adele’s unit was conveniently located in the middle of Avon, close walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Location very easy to get to Vail and Beaver Creek. The unit was simple and as advertised, clean, and included all necessities. Adele was very helpful in communication prior and during the stay. I would recommend the unit to potential renters.

Everything was as described in the listing. Would rent this place again. Only downside I could find was the kitchen was small with limited cooking supplies. If you were planning on cooking it might be difficult otherwise a great stay.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Felt right at home and beds were so comfortable. Location was great, just right off I-70 and about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from Vail town. We enjoyed the Gore Creek trail that is just right outside the apartment that goes all the way to Vail town, then took a free bus back to East Vail where the apartment is located (the bus stop is right across the apartment). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vail.

Lynn's place has one of the best stocked kitchens of all the Airbnb's I have been too. There were even containers for left overs and a splatter cover for the microwave. It was clean and tidy! The blue bus stop is across the street. It is a long bus ride to the Beaver Creek bear parking lot in the morning so we walked to the bear lot. It was downhill most of the way and not bad even in ski boots. At the end of the day it is only about a block to walk to the bus stop from the bear lot and a very short ride but greatly appreciated after skiing all day because it is mostly uphill on the way back. The assigned parking spot is very close to the door and the washers and dryers are a short walk down the hall.
