Cabin vacation rentals in Vail

Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Cloud 9 Cabin! It was a cozy space in a quiet location. We also enjoyed being close to Breckenridge, Alma, and Fairplay.

Our family, including the family dog, had a great stay near Breckenridge. Had enough beds and space for 10 adults and a dog. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice hot-tub.

Very clean, beautiful, cozy, quiet, cute cabin. Had a fantastic time. Only thing was other cabins were bit closer than I thought but still had enough space. We appreciated flexible check in as well. Definitely recommend!

Such a fun long weekend in the mountains! This stay was perfect for a large group. Our group of 10 had plenty of space to spread out and took advantage of the multiple areas to relax and hang out. Very close to everything Vail has to offer and easy to get an Uber for the times we opted not to drive to the village. Very easy to communicate with hosting team and felt taken care of the whole weekend. Would book here again!

This stay in Alma was everything we wanted! A secluded, spacious property with all the needed amenities. The house was as clean as can be and everything went smoothly. There isn’t much in the town of Alma, but you are about 30 minutes away from Breckinridge. Hot tub, boot dryers, and portable Bluetooth speakers were just a few of the amenities that were an added plus!

We have now stayed at the Jewel Box a number of times now, it’s our go to place for ski trips to Summit County, CO. It’s just such a warm and comfortable place for our family that we couldn't think of staying somewhere else. Possibly the only thing better than the house itself is Chanie, the host. She clearly takes great pride in caring for the house, but also in being a great host. She’s always so responsive to our questions or any issues that arise during our stay, and very friendly and concerned about our enjoyment of the trip. Honestly, they don’t make any better host than Chanie!

My wife and I rented this beautiful cabin for our anniversary weekend away from the city. We had such a great time and didn't want to leave!! The views are stunning and well worth the small drive from Denver. We could have spent the whole weekend at the cabin enjoying the amenities there, but wanted to go out and explore the area. If you're planning a (summer) weekend of hiking and enjoying the outdoors, there are lots of options nearby. Here are some of the things we did: Hiked Mount Royal in Frisco, Dinner at a brewery in Breckenridge, Hike Hoosier Pass loop (only a few minutes from the cabin), Exploring the downtown shops, and biking the trail between Breckenridge and Frisco. Thanks for everything, we'll be back again!!

We loved staying at the cabin. Is not even 5 min drive to Main Street. The place was very clean and the cabin is stunning. Only think I would advise is check some windows lockers but no complaints.

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

Cozy says it all. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay. We even saw Mr. Fox one morning, that was super cool. All rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Loft area was a great spot for our teenage boys. The hot tub was great, my only concern was the path to get to the hot tub was very Icey due to lots of snow, so we had to be extra careful. We all had a great week.

We had a lovely stay! Amy was very helpful when we reached out with questions. The cabin was clean and so welcoming! The area is not isolated but still super private and beautiful, full of trees and nature! Absolutely loved it and we are hoping to come back again!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

We had a great stay! Awesome location with lots of activities nearby; tubing, snowboarding, hiking and the clubhouse was great for evening swim!

Cabin was better than expected from the photos seen on the advertisement. All main services worked very smoothly. Lovely and warm on my return from the slopes. Nice and clean with everything you need. My only complaint which is nothing to do with this accommodation is the poor maintenance and cleaning at the pool and changing area. The Owners of Tiger Run are being very let down by the owners of the resort. Very poor cleaning in the changing rooms and maintenance to the water quality to the pool and Hot Tubs.

Gavin's place was Awesome to stay in. It was nice to stay in a place that we didn't have to go shopping for any of the essentials. You could tell that this is a well maintained cabin and one that is actually used. We were able to cook and do everything we do at home. The place was as described and more. The kids loved the loft. Once up there, they never came back down unless to eat or use the restroom. It is a nice, small cabin that is Great!!! It checked all of our boxes and we would recommend and return here again.

Was a great location and beautiful views!

Our stay was off season, so it was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, right on the river, with a great view of the mountains. Close to town and trails. The cabin was pretty and felt very homey. All we needed to do was bring our clothes and make a shirt run to the grocery store and we were set for the week.

Mark was a great host! Would definitely recommend and would also love to stay again in the future! Awesome location, beautiful Chalet. Nice club house, all you can ask for!

Fantastic and cosy. The area was very peaceful and close by to the main town. The Cabins were cute and vibey.
