Vacation rentals with beach access in Vail

My wife and I stayed here for a ski weekend and it was the perfect base camp. We love the Dillon area and this is a great location for accessing all that Summit County has to offer!

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

Mary did a great job of communicating ahead of time and getting the condo ready for our stay. She provided everything we needed, including a water dish for our dog. We ate most meals at the nearby restaurants but still used the microwave for a quick bite. The condo was a nice choice for our small family.

It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

One of the cleanest mountain rentals we’ve stayed at! Great location and super comfortable

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

It was truly a five star stay from start to finish. I guess the only suggestions would be two towels per guest since the Aspen house doesn’t have towels. The Aspen House is also gorgeous! Also, maybe one more little tiny soaps to last the week for the shower would be good. But the views and the accoutrements and the quality of the finishes and the kitchen utensils and appliances were fantastic. We will plan to be a return guest in the future Thanks again!

Great home for my extended family for our long ski weekend. Super comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. And Darren was a very responsive host.

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

our group of four adults enjoyed our stay at Allison's for a snowy weekend. great location, easily walkable to restaurants and bus. well stocked kitchen, comfortable, nicely decorated. slight cons - there wasn't a place to easily store our skis, so we kept them in the car.

We had a fantastic stay in Dillon! The home offers stunning views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. It was cozy, well-stocked, and had all the comforts of home—a true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in for a ski trip to beaver creek. Super close to ski shuttle and other restaurants. Beautiful view of the lake and cozy space to hang out in after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.

Super close to the lift, underground parking extra convenient, ski lockers room on 1st floor with its own door, easy access with keycards that open front door to the condo and to the building as well as allow you to drive into the garage, place is not huge but it fit us 3 skiers comfortably,

Came up for a quick Spring skiing weekend, and this place was perfect. Close to Copper, Keystone, and Breck. Went out to dinner in Frisco and Silverthorne easily. The view from this place is gorgeous, and all the natural light made it so peaceful. Props to the hosts for decorating the space so beautifully and with such intention. Felt like there were so many amenities (like a milk frother!) or functional additions (loved how many hooks there are!) that made it just so nice. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.
