apartment as in the description, everything clean, nothing is missing as far as the bathroom and kitchen are concerned, everything is perfect!!! The beach of the tesorino is 10 minutes away by car. I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

If you want to have an experience to live in olive garden with a beautiful view of Tuscany's hills and historical city - that's a spot! Peaceful, calm, silent with just a noise of nature (morning birds, owl at night). On ground floor you will find nice kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom (that looks better than on pictures), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, good wifi. On the first floor 2 charming bedrooms with a nice view. Great spot. Truly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Pisa. The place is great and we felt very comfortable. The garden with the lemon tree is a particular highlight. The location was quiet yet practical. The hostess was super nice and immediately available. Thanks very much. 🤗

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Our stay was super nice. We were very warmly welcomed by Isabella and Claudio, who gave us many good suggestions for excursions, including a few insider tips for the region. Furthermore, the two were always open to questions and super warm communication. Overall, we were able to spend a super nice week full of exciting day trips and relaxing days in the sun.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

This is the reason we travel air bnb. The apartment is in the garden of an Italian villa house. It is spacious, spotless and beautifully renovated. Fresh persimmons falling from the tree in the garden. The host was wonderful- she kept in touch regularly and each day suggested things we might want to see and sent specific directions for where to park in the local towns. She left us fresh eggs one day. They can suggest where to go for a wine tasting as well. The location is just a km outside san gimignano. With your car you can easily visit many of the delights of Tuscany. We had a wonderful time here.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. It was very great with Giovanni. He showed us everything about the possibilities that exist in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax wonderfully there and of course swim. The complex is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there superbly with our 15-month-old child. In addition, Giovanni brought many great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc.) Monika was also super sweet and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Sassetta is a very nicely located, romantic village in Tuscany. Located in the countryside and is very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided (dishes, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine). The host is always available and very hospitable. We felt very well taken care of, we liked the private beach section with the botanical garden, which you can use. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Silvia's place. We stayed for 2 weeks which allowed us to discover Tuscany. We had an issue with the fridge. Silvia and her husband were very responsive. We were lucky enough to discover Silvia's family via a cooking class in her parents' agroturismo. We loved it! The space was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool with the heat. Volterra is 10 minutes away by car. And the landscapes are beautiful.

The place was as described, great. Unfortunately, it was already a little cooler at the end of September and therefore relatively cold in the accommodation. There was only one wool blanket and a paint. The only drawback for us personally. If you are traveling in summer, the bedding should be suitable. Overall definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Federica's who is a very friendly and pleasant host We were able to enjoy her home which is located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside It's a typical and lovely place and Federica is really attentive to her guests.

The accommodation was very cozy and clean. The host was always available and very friendly. The village is currently perfect for people who do not want to go to tourist hotspots and are looking for something quieter. It was also great that there were no mosquitoes!

Quality location. Exteriors are spacious and well maintained. The accommodation is in a great location to visit Florence, Pisa and Siena. The setting is very quiet and super safe for children (no traffic, the road is almost 1 km away and the path is private and secured by an automatic gate). The only small note is about the dishes, a little bit just in the number of cutlery. It's difficult to do a full day ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) for 4 adults without turning on the dishwasher. The stay was very nice and the communication with Andrea was very easy. We would be back with great pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta’s Airbnb in Italy! From the start, her warm and attentive communication made everything seamless. hu MONTESCUDAIO village is a pearl in the forest. You stay in the comfortable, modern mobile home with all amenities (the mobile home with two separate toilets (have you ever hear about that?))and at the same time you are in the forest where the air is fresh, clean and you hear the chirping of the birds. It is amazing, highly recommend!
