We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Me and my family visited the beautiful house located at the mountains surrounding the small village Buti in the beginning of June. We were in total 18 persons (10 adults, 8 kids between 1-16 years old). We did trips to e.g. Lucca but you want to spend time at the house and the pool - the location is truly stunning. The house is very large and everyone can get some private space. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you need. Since we arrived very late in the evening we got help with italian beakfast in the morning and we also purchased some local wine, eggs and olive oil which were highly appricated. It's only ~15min of drive to the nearest Coop Supermarket. In all we are very happy with the week we spent in Buti and we an highly recommend it!

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

A wonderful vacation. Giovanna was really helpful and kind even before arrival by responding to requests for clarification. As soon as we arrived, she made herself available for every need, anticipating our needs and also providing useful tips for the stay. The property corresponds to what you see in the photos, it is well-kept and well-furnished and equipped with everything you need (even a hairdryer or clothesline… everything!) We stayed a few days but we were really happy. The garden is really a plus, too bad the season was not the right one to fully enjoy it but the children used it a lot. Giovanna and Tommaso are really super hosts who take care of their guests!

The house is in a splendid location: on a hill close to the woods, it faces the sea and the row of cypresses of Bolgheri. A unique place, the view and sunsets are priceless. The main beaches can be reached by car in a time ranging from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the destination. If you're at home, ping pong is a great resource for children (and adults). Wild boars (these only beyond the net that borders the forest), badgers and hares run around nearby and you meet them daily. The close presence of the main house is both reassuring and very discreet, you have total privacy. Inside, the house is very well organized and extremely pleasant to live in. Marina is very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Italian country home! This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The property is full of nature and places to unwind, and the home feels like a museum filled with antiques. Nicoletta was super attentive and was there for anything we needed. She even opened the pool up for us a couple of weeks early, which made it even better. I highly recommend!!

The host is very nice. I can respond to any questions in a timely manner. I can see that the😁 host is very clean. The kitchen is very clean. It is very comfortable to sit in the yard and sun. Unfortunately, we don't have much time.It was a little dark and quiet at night, a little bit more people, and the lights in the house were a little dark, but it didn't make a big difference, still cozy!

Three of us girlfriends stayed in the Art House, and we found it an amazing place to stay! Lovely space, comfy beds, good quality linnen and towels, beautiful terrace and views.. it was easy to drive throughout Tuscany and we had warm home to come back to.. thanks much!

Great house, especially when several families/parties travel together, as there are a total of 3 apartments. House and surroundings very clean, contact via the key holder very straightforward. The caretaker was great, came every day and took great care of the pool and the surroundings - but didn't push up at all and mostly came to times when we weren't at the house. Too bad it doesn't have wifi.

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

Beautiful place, great location, warm and wonderful people!

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

We were 3 families staying at the villa , it was very spacious and gave us our own space , the garden was a great size for the children to run around in . Our host Mel was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with responding to queries and questions.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Mauro’s home, he met us at the house when we arrived. The house is Really comfortable, warm, and has a great kitchen with everything you need. Lovely outside space for eating, it’s much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Comfortable beds, lots of storage, good water pressure and hot water :) The town is quiet but has everything you need and you’re a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Thank you Mauro for sharing your home with us and being so welcoming!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. Even in November, with the sun, we had lunch outside in the garden under a beautiful gazebo. The house is beautiful, Corinna and the owner are very nice. We'll be back!
