This is a great apartment in a great location, pretty much in the center of Livorno. Bus service is close by and the are ma is very walkable and safe. Highly recommend

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

Emanuala was there to meet us and let us enter the appartment. Great contact via whats app all the time. The appartment is pretty nice, clean and has everything we need. The garden/terasse is great to have the meals outside and give some rooms for the kids to play. Especially we liked the outdoor shower which is great after coming from the beach. San vincento close by car/bike or 30min walk is a nice little beach city with a lot of restaurants, gelato and harbour. The close by beach, restaurants and nice cities to visit is al we needed to made our stay really lovely. Thanks Emanuela, high chance we will come back again;)

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed from the start. They even shared some great local tips that really improved my trip. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. It’s in a great location—close to all the sights but still peaceful. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Great stay at Serenas apartment, very clean and peaceful. Great location and very central. Strong WiFi and Serena and Marco are great hosts, very responsive and flexible. Will definitely try to stay again if I’m back in Livorno.

We had a great time at Giuseppe's place. We were able to enjoy the hot tub with the beautiful views of the valley. We'll be happy to go back.

An excellent clean, well equipped and decorated apartment to stay. Plenty of space for the two of us. Well placed for station and all of the sites and eateries of Pisa. Nice touches included starter tea coffee and breakfast and tear off map of Pisa along with info . Luca very responsive for checking in and at checkout. Thanks

We had a great time! The place is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees and very relaxing. The pool is beautiful and the area is lovely. Alessandro was very hospitable, he made us find everything perfect and gave us a bottle of wine produced by them, very good! Renato is super helpful and nice. Unforgettable stay!!

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Very very nice apartment. Really big. All things new in it. Everything worked perfectly....we even needed the heating a little. In the evening it works great. Alessandra always responded very quickly.... The surroundings and the village are fantastic!!! Even all the small stuff was all there, salt, pepper, olive oil, a bottle of wine and a pack of pasta (thanks Alessandra)..... towels, sauna towels, detergent, etc....... parking only 5 minutes' walk away, a small corner shop where you can buy bread and small things, 3 minutes' walk....... Perfect for a Tuscany vacation
