Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Me and my family visited the beautiful house located at the mountains surrounding the small village Buti in the beginning of June. We were in total 18 persons (10 adults, 8 kids between 1-16 years old). We did trips to e.g. Lucca but you want to spend time at the house and the pool - the location is truly stunning. The house is very large and everyone can get some private space. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you need. Since we arrived very late in the evening we got help with italian beakfast in the morning and we also purchased some local wine, eggs and olive oil which were highly appricated. It's only ~15min of drive to the nearest Coop Supermarket. In all we are very happy with the week we spent in Buti and we an highly recommend it!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Una splendida vacanza. Giovanna è stata davvero disponibile e gentile già prima dell’arrivo rispondendo alle richieste di chiarimenti. Appena arrivati si è messa a disposizione per ogni necessità, anticipando le nostre esigenze e fornendo anche consigli utili al soggiorno. La struttura corrisponde a quanto si vede in foto, è curata e ben arredata e dotata di tutto ciò che serve (anche asciugacapelli o stendibiancheria… tutto!) Siamo rimasti pochi giorni ma siamo stati davvero bene. Il giardino è davvero un plus, peccato la stagione non fosse quella giusta per fruirne appieno ma i bambini lo hanno utilizzato tanto. Giovanna e Tommaso sono davvero dei super host che si prendono cura dei propri ospiti!

La casa è in una posizione splendida: su un colle a ridosso del bosco, guarda verso il mare e il filare di cipressi di Bolgheri. Un posto unico, la vista e i tramonti sono impagabili. Le spiagge principali sono raggiungibili in macchina in un tempo che varia dai 15 ai 30 minuti a seconda della meta. Se si sta a casa, il ping pong è una grande risorsa per bambini (e adulti). Cinghiali (questi solo oltre la rete che delimita il bosco), tassi e lepri scorrazzano nelle vicinanze e li si incontra quotidianamente. La presenza ravvicinata della casa principale è al contempo rassicurante e molto discreta, si ha totalmente la propria privacy. All'interno, la casa è molto ben organizzata ed estremamente piacevole da viversi. Marina molto disponibile e attenta. Siamo stati splendidamente!

We hebben 9 dagen doorgebracht in dit prachtige huis en werden hartelijk ontvangen door Nicoletta en Barbara, die ons vanaf het eerste moment het gevoel gaven bijzonder welkom te zijn. Het huis zelf voelt als een authentiek stukje Toscane, alsof je in een filmdecor bent beland. De charme en sfeer van het huis sloten perfect aan bij de vakantie die we ons hadden voorgesteld. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis op de omliggende heuvels en olijfbomen was adembenemend en gaf ons elke ochtend het gevoel dat we in een droom ontwaakten. De tuin is uitgestrekt en vol olijfbomen, zo groot dat we het einde ervan niet eens hebben gevonden! Het verlichte zwembad zag er ’s avonds magisch uit, hoewel het water helaas wat te koud was om nog in te zwemmen tijdens ons verblijf. Wakker worden met zo'n prachtig uitzicht was een voorrecht op zich. Het huis straalt rust en authenticiteit uit, en elke dag voelde als een voorrecht om hier te mogen verblijven. Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

L'alloggio offre tutto il necessario ed è piacevole. Grande giardino tranquillo molto apprezzabile sopratutto in città. Livorno è una città molto piacevole ed è ben situata per chi vuole scoprire la Toscana. Francesco è un ottimo host. Consiglio vivamente

Three of us girlfriends stayed in the Art House, and we found it an amazing place to stay! Lovely space, comfy beds, good quality linnen and towels, beautiful terrace and views.. it was easy to drive throughout Tuscany and we had warm home to come back to.. thanks much!

Super Haus, gerade wenn mehrere Familien/Parteien gemeinsam reisen, da es insgesamt 3 Wohnungen hat. Haus und Umgebung sehr sauber, Kontakt über die Schlüsselhalterin sehr unkompliziert. Der Hauswart war super, kam jeden Tag und hat sich sehr um den Pool und die Umgebung gekümmert - hat sich aber überhaupt nicht aufgedrängt und kam meist zu Zeiten, als wir nicht beim Haus waren. Schade, dass es kein WLAN hat.

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Vi var 4 familjer som hyrde villan i en vecka. Huset är jättefint, nästan alla badrum var nyrenoverade och allt var rent och fint. Vackra omgivningar och nära till bra utflyktsmål. Värdarna var trevliga och svarade snabbt på frågor och kom med lokala tips. Rekommenderas varmt!

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

We loved our stay at Mauro’s home, he met us at the house when we arrived. The house is Really comfortable, warm, and has a great kitchen with everything you need. Lovely outside space for eating, it’s much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Comfortable beds, lots of storage, good water pressure and hot water :) The town is quiet but has everything you need and you’re a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Thank you Mauro for sharing your home with us and being so welcoming!

Siamo stati in questa splendida casa per un settimana. Anche a novembre, col sole, pranzavamo fuori nel giardino sotto un bellissimo gazebo. La casa è stupenda, Corinna e il proprietario molto gentili. Torneremo!
