Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano neighborhood, near the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. A strategic base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and fresh seafood cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride from the city center.

Medieval Tower experience with Panoramic Rooftop

If you are looking for a memorable experience, this is the right place for you! With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors, for a total of 143 steps. A unique and timeless place, ideal to experience something never tried before. The tower can hosts couples or small groups up to 3 people. Its panoramic rooftop boasts an incredibly breathtaking view all over the town.
