Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Utah

This place was awesome! Exactly what we needed for 1 night. It’s a cozy bedroom with a nice large bathroom. Mini fridge, shower, comfy bed, all you need for a short term stay. We didn’t have any issues with noise from other units. The area is very nice with beautiful backdrop, and close to town. Jeremy was very quick to respond and very helpful! Very cute place. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in the Yucca dome. Fun for the kids, and everything was clean and ready for us. The temp was comfortable for us despite it being hot outside. And we were surprised by how spacious the dome is once we stepped inside! We would definitely stay here again on our next Utah trip!

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This was an amazing Airbnb to stay in for our visit to Capitol Reef NP. It is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever stayed in with the most amazing view from the back porch. We enjoyed the hot tub, and also watching the stars at night from the porch. The kitchen was also well stocked and the entire place was very cozy and well decorated. We would be so happy to have the chance to stay here again!

This place was a great room to stay in with little kids. It was super cozy and had lots of beds and space for my family of four. It was also located in a nice neighborhood that was very family friendly.

The Lookout was perfect for our weekend getaway. Very private location with great views of the surrounding hills and mountains. No other homes in view. Near outdoor recreation, about a 15 minute drive to restaurants and grocery store. You'd never know the home is off-grid -- it had all the normal appliances and functionality.

The setting and the beautiful scenery were unmatched and way beyond our expectations. The substantial added bonus of being able to explore freely on BLM and national monument land was a joy. Don’t miss the petroglyphs and pictographs! Escalante was charming, welcoming and full of character. Highly recommend the food at Escalante Outfitters. Much to do in the area for ALL ages.

My husband and I LOVED our stay at the Dark Sky house! We planned this trip around seeing the Milky Way on the sky for astrophotography and took full advantage of the clear skies at the house and on Capitol Reef National Park. This was our first time to Capitol Reef, too, and WOW - we loved it! Jenny and Steve’s house was beautiful and so so so comfortable. We think it’s the best house we’ve stayed in on AirBnB yet! I highly recommend staying here and would happily do it again!

Super great spot. lot of bang for your buck bed was comfortable. place was clean. had everything you could need ready for you. super walkable location to main spots in Provo and Transit

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

The space was so beautiful and very well kept! Would 100% come back if we’re ever in town again, amazing for the price/location/amenities. Especially love that everything was labeled, the hosts were so friendly but we didn’t have any questions to ask because everything was so easy to find!

Robert’s place is a great BnB! He is extremely helpful and very quick to respond to anything that is needed. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone that travels to Salt Lake City

Loved staying at this AirBnB. The place was beautiful and offered a great launching point for hiking in the area. Cassey was communicative and lovely to work with. Everything was great!

The studio apartment was beautiful and comfortable. We were traveling through, and needed a last-minute place to stay and it was very easy to book. The hosts were very nice and very communicative about instructions on how to check in. They made our stay effortless. It was the perfect place to relax and watch some TV. The place was spotless. Very well decorated too. The location felt safe. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience at the Baristas Suite was perfect! Kristin was so helpful in communicating and providing some treats when we checked in. The location was perfect, close to a supermarket and Zion National Park! This was such a great place to stay at and relax after hiking. The hot tube was definitely a plus!

What a great find in Park City. after long days on the trails in the mountains this condo was a perfect place to come back to. The condo had all the kitchen items you need to cook meals, a comfortable reclining sofa and a nice queen size bed. Scott was quick to respond to questions about local things to do and when a remote control needed new batteries. As well, the condo is directly across the street from the bus stop to take you to main Street... for free. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Ciara was a great host. When our original rental fell through due to an ac unit issue she set us up in a new unit same day. I really appreciated her for that. The house was clean, easily accessible, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on.

Gorgeous home with a convenient location to Moab and Arches National Park. We would absolutely stay here again!

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

Great place and environment. Very flexible and understanding for check in. Stayed for the softball tournament, schedule changed they let us check in early, appreciate it.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Aesthetically pleasing, free bus access, e-bike rental nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area in the mornings, and the pool in the afternoons.

It was a nice stay. The only thing we struggled with was street noise and being in an adjoined room that had bad insulation so we could hear our neighbors. But everything else was great. Clean, perfect location, we got to park 1 car free and the other $60 for the week, the staff was great and they even gave us a late check out. There were 3 times when maintenance had to come into our room but they were quick. Overall I’d recommend this listing. It’s a busy hotel with lots of families, so keep that in mind if you don’t like the pool to be full of kids, but we didn’t mind that. We had a great time. Can’t beat that PC Main Street location.
