The best Airbnb homes are great because their hosts listen to guests feedback and have everything you could need! This home is thoughtfully supplied with everything for a larger group. The younger kids loved the play areas with toys and the adults appreciated them being well entertained. It is clean, well maintained and is a great location. Beautiful views of the mountains, convenient to freeway access, restaurants, and shopping in a quiet neighborhood. We came for our daughter’s wedding and this home helped make our stay feel more like a vacation even when we were busy. It was so nice to have a home to gather with family to make this trip memorable!! We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! Tim and the Zion Stay team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself is gorgeous—spacious and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a lovely, quiet community that’s also super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our large family, offering plenty of room and space for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the wheelchair ramp and accessibility features—they made a big difference for our stay. The location was also ideal, close to so many great places. Highly recommend!

We are so sad that we only have short time spending in this beautiful, clean, peaceful warming home. We have total of 8 people with our furry kid. This place is exactly what it was described. home has everything you need, and the instruction for check in/check out was very simple. This home is pretty much center of Kanab, there are so many great information available to us for sigh seeing and restaurants in the house. We really enjoyed the club house and the dog park within walking distance in this community. what a great community. We look forward to coming back to this home soon! :) We loved it!

We went with our family ( 3 teens and my husband and I) to explore national parks, state parks and other sites of southern Utah over spring break. House was spacious for 5 of us. Really nice town of Kanab. Great home base for our daily excursions. Loved the view of nearby hills. Very quiet street that my boys used to throw a baseball around. They also loved the ping pong table and the piano. The kitchen was stocked not just with utensils and dishes but some basic spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc. the washer and dryer was also great since hiking on trails and in rivers was sometimes messy and great to be able to clean up ( and pack lighter). We.had a great time and this place really felt like a home away from home. On a side note-Our kids are bigger now but remembered traveling with younger kids- there was a lot available for little kids (baby equipment, unbreakable dishes/cups, kids books, kids movies, games, toys, craft supplies).

This property was perfect for our family of 9 to relax and reconnect! First of all it was beautiful, peaceful, and so clean. The hosts provided everything we could ever need - plenty of linens, dishes, games and puzzles, seating, cleaning supplies upstairs and downstairs (we can be a messy bunch). Outside areas were a dream, and the location was amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit morning and night, and the short walk to the drugstore for sodas was perfect for my teen granddaughters! Close to Bryce, Zion, and lots of hiking! And Jackson Flats Reservoir is a beautiful place to play in the water! Thank you for sharing your place!!

Great location for hiking and exploring Kanab. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a nice time with friends in the big kitchen and making s’mores in the backyard. The views are great. The beds are comfortable. And having a garage is nice, as well.

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay! The space felt so cozy and peaceful—it really felt like a little home away from home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Irene went above and beyond by sending me some personal items I accidentally left behind, and I truly appreciate her kindness. She also checked in during our stay, which made us feel really cared for. She’s a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. Thank you again!

The motel was perfect for us for visiting Zion National Park and then a between stay before Bryce Canyon. A simple room with all we needed. Lucy was easy to reach and quick to respond when we needed an item. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great little place. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the horses! Convenient location near town and grocery store. We had a great time.

Awesome place. You can tell the owner cares about their rental unit and wants it to be as good as it can be. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the owner took care of it right away. Wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights. Strongly recommend staying at the peach suite. It is a peach of a place.

We had a fantastic stay at this townhouse in Moab! The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, and the market was literally right next door, which was incredibly convenient. It’s also very close to UTV trails, making it a perfect base for outdoor adventures. The townhouse itself was welcoming, clean, and had all the comforts and amenities of home. Tyler was a great host—very nice and communicated well throughout our stay. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem in Kanab, Utah and convenient to local and national parks attractions. The beds were comfy and the condo felt warm and inviting for guests. I would highly recommend staying here, one of the better stays in the area to enjoy. Excellent host! thank you

Andy went above and beyond for us! He was very accommodating and replied quickly. Andy saved the day for my friends and I on a a ski trip when our prior plans had fallen through! I highly recommend this cozy cabin vibe and beautiful mountains near by. Lots of board games and a hot tub near by as well!

We stayed here at a different building a few years ago and it was great. So we booked it again. Although we were on the 3rd floor last time much better. A few things are the light in the kitchen flickered and same in the bathroom. Either or it was exactly what we needed. Next time we go to Zions we will stay here again. P.S the new lazy river and slide were a hit and we always enjoy the gym. It wasn't as clean as last time but it did what it needed to. Thanks for having us.

The hospitality was outstanding. We inquired if there was a humidifier in the unit. Unfortunately there wasn’t but we had one in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this unit

Had a fantastic time at this place. From The moment we booked Patty was super communicative making sure we had everything we needed covered for a wonderful trip. The location is perfect. A minute from door to trail, ice skating, apre ski bars, bus stop. The condo is super with all amenities and the kids loved the loft/bunk beds with a great view.

We had a terrific trip to Park City / Canyons and we could not have asked for a more perfect location - less than 2 minutes by foot from Canyons base. The room was cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed; the gym and common spaces were excellent. And the staff were helpful and kind. The host was responsive and incredibly helpful. We’d stay here again in a minute! Thank you!
