A tree swing on the waters edge. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer included for extended stays. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the patio just steps away from the waters edge. You'll enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, skim boarding, fishing and building sand castles right out your back door.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

Come enjoy a little piece of heaven at the mouth of Logan Canyon. We are surrounded by lakes and reservoirs. Beaver Mt. ski resort is only 19 miles away. There is a hiking trail out your back yard that will lead you to Logan Canyon on your south or Green Canyon on your north. Plenty of fun outdoor things to do. Hiking is plentiful, the kayaking is sublime and the biking is Spectacular. Kayaking, paddleboards and e-bikes available for an additional charge
