House vacation rentals in Utah

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, super clean, and looked exactly like the photos (if not better in person!). It had such a cozy, welcoming vibe—truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated all the small details and thoughtful touches throughout the house—they really made the stay feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-kept space to unwind!

I have stayed at Nancy and Shelly's properties a number of times now and will continue to do so. The location is central to town, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and adjacent to K-hill for walks with pups. I tend to prepare most of my meals and the kitchen is stocked with utensils and condiments. The first couple of evenings were cool this trip, so we enjoyed the wood burning stove, which was SO nice. Nancy and Shelly are extremely responsive, even texting and calling one time when I pocket dialed because they thought they missed my call and wanted to make sure everything was OK. There are games and puzzles (which were enjoyed!). I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here a few years ago and found our memory of how great it was to still be accurate! Perfect place for our family with everything we needed and more. The hot tub under a dark sky is unbeatable. Such a cool place.

Suzanne's place was cleaner than most no pet houses! The house was even cuter than pictured and smelled new and clean. Beds were comfortable. Suzanne was very responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed with our dog and he loved the backyard. I would 100 percent stay here again. This is a great choice if you are traveling with pets and even if you aren't!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb, we were particularly impressed with the shower and kitchen space. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer machine available for use. Tori was very responsive to us and provided us detailed instructions. Thanks again!

Our family of 5 stayed at Bruce's for a week. This was the perfect place for us with having family in the area and being in the middle of them and 15 min to the airport. The rental felt very homey with lots of nice touches throughout. We loved having 2 bathrooms, including a really nice master bathroom and a shower with great water pressure. The area was nice and quiet and was close to everything we wanted. We enjoyed meeting Bruce and Sadie. Bruce was very easy to communicate with. This will definitely be our go to spot when we're in Utah.

becky’s place was the best i’ve stayed at in the area, super comfortable and insanely well stocked. approximately every kitchen appliance you can imagine was available!

We volunteer at Best Friends every year. This is the first time in this house and we absolutely loved it. Will certainly return.

This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

Great spot to hit zion about a 35min drive, about 8min into town. Nice grocery store is close. Hot tub was a hit along with the pool table. Lots of beds and big hang out spots. Grill has permanent gas hookup and was easy to cook burgers. Definitely would stay here again.

This was the perfect oasis after a long fun day of adventure in Zion National Park. The place was clean, spacious, well equipped, and perfect for families! We absolutely loved the amenities area which was even more amazing than pictured, my kids loved swimming even in early April as it's heated and the fire pit areas at night were fun! our host gave us a great recommendation for lunch. There was lots of space and they had thought our every need including pool towels and laundry pods! Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!

Eric's place was such a nice pad. Killer sound system throughout the upstairs and backyard. Back deck was such a nice place to hang out, even in early March as the backyard is tucked away from the elements. Hot tub was crutch to relax and the pool looked like a summer dream. Would def recommend and will be back when work brigns me around.

Beautiful home and well furnished kitchen. Loved the pool! Enough space for 7 adults to have separate & together time. I actually appreciated only one TV. As a mom creating together time with adukts kids, the games, pool, and larger dining table created an environment of play and togetherness. Being close to Zions, Quail and Sand Hollow Reservoir created plenty of activities and experiences. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! We hadn’t ever been to Paradise Village before and it did not disappoint. We loved being right by the pool especially with our small kids. It made it so easy to get out the door! Some little things that were such a nice touch - some games and toys for the kids, labeled remotes so we didn’t get mixed up, laundry baskets for us to put dirty/clean laundry. They had super clear instructions at check in and check out.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4-night stay, and we would recommend it to others. Highlights: * Peter was helpful and responded quickly; easy check-in and checkout; see the guest binder for checkout instructions * great location; close to lots of stores and restaurants; quick access to highways * clean, spacious, cozy home in quiet neighborhood * beds were comfortable * kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook/eat meals; a few spices and cooking oils were available; some coffee & teas are provided to get you started, but bring extra coffee/tea if you need it; the candy jar is a nice touch :-) * washer/dryer work well * AC/heater is controlled by Peter, and he accommodated our requested temp * TV has lots of channels/streaming services to watch * Bathroom shower has good water pressure and stocked with body wash/shampoo/conditioner; be careful stepping into the bathtub when it's wet * plenty of street parking * Wifi worked well

This is such a beautiful place to stay! It is very remote so make sure you bring whatever you need. But if you like being out in the woods surrounded by quiet and beautiful views, this is a fantastic place to be. The host has a plethora of suggestions for things to do in the nearby towns. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ton of time in the region to enjoy them all but it was very cool of them to provide very local places to go or spend our money. Believe the host regarding the accessibility for the house. You will need an AWD/4WD vehicle in stormy weather and they're very good about clearing snow from the driveway and road (which we appreciated!). The accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was nice for us to have our own private space. The group space upstairs was very cozy with plenty of room for us to all be together. The location was great for heading into Bryce National Park. It wasn't super close but we didn't mind the 30ish minute drive.

Richard’s place was clean & well organized. Plenty of space for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. We made several meals using the supplies in the kitchen. Loved having the washer & dryer.

We loved our stay. The house is located at a quiet neighborhood and walkable to four supermarkets (a new Trader Joe’s!), dining, shopping, parks, and highway. The house is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and we appreciate the Keurig coffee cups. We loved playing ping pong in the basement. The place exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back!

I absolutely loved the Western Star home. It’s really great when you can get an education from your lodging. I took advantage of all Sherene offered. Her movie collection of westerns shot in the Kanab area, her book collection and her notes scattered throughout the home. Mind you, beautifully hand-written notes on vintage tags. Sherene, you’ll be happy to know, I took your advice and watched the vignette in Westward the Women. So cool. This is the first airbnb I’ve stayed at where all the furniture and stylish touches were top-notch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and fit the western, Little Hollywood theme. Even the salt and pepper was in a little gunslinger leathery wrap belt. I had my little dog with me who LOVED running around the yard. This is a terrific central place for all the Utah and Arizona parks and trails. While there, I did Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Navajo Bridge, Route 89 circle passing by Vermillion Cliffs, and Monument Valley. TYSM

The bathtub was amazing. Would come back just for the tub! The rest of the house was very clean and comfortable, spacious and nice to have a private entrance and beautiful view.

We loved our stay. The pools were fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Kathy and Steve were absolutely wonderful hosts! We were traveling for a track meet with our program’s top athletes, and the weather was cold, snowy, and wet. They graciously extended our stay to ensure our runners could stay warm and rested, giving them the best chance to compete successfully. The space itself had everything we needed and more – the arcade was a huge hit, not just for the high school boys but for us coaches as well! Despite our later-than-expected arrival, Kathy stayed up to greet us, and their communication was always friendly and prompt. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would gladly stay again!
