Incredible outdoor space, perfect for a relaxing trip where you just want to hang out and enjoy time with friends. We got a ton of use out of the pickleball court and hot tub. Convenient location as well — we could walk to the store and restaurants easily. Super comfy beds and a great value for all you get!

Our stay was amazing! The kids loved the wide open space the property had to offer. Beautiful scenery, as well as lots to do. The creek management was very responsive and my concerns and I would highly recommend to anyone else we have this property in mind for our next visit!

We loved the cottage, the location and how easy it was to get there and check in. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Vacassa did a great job of communication with me. We did not have any issues and enjoyed the cottage. Thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay. Right next to the hustle and bustle of Moab but surprisingly didn’t hear much of it. Including all the truck that go by. If you are looking for a quiet Paul place in Moab, but also next to everything. This place is amazing. We will be coming back for sure.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one is in the top 1% for sure. So cute & comfortable, nice amenities, super close to the adorable town with lots of food options, and a beautiful view of pasture and horses outside. Will stay again if we’re in the area!

The stay was amazing. Hot tub was spotless and very nice to relax in. The place was in a great spot, tucked away, and felt very private. It had everything needed to cook. The only inconvenience was parking for a second vehicle was on the street which was clearly noted in the description. Instructions all around the place were helpful and clear.

This Airbnb is one of the most coziest unique structures. I have ever been in. What Mr. Todd did with the inside? And the outside, it's very creative The door with the dining room table that you can see out with the scenery. It's truly amazing concept. Such tranquility, the views are breathtaking. I would recommend this to everybody, and I can't wait to go back.

Cute historic home, with a detailed history in the host guide that gave us details of the last 100 years! it was fun to think of the hotel, sheriff and dentist using the home. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch in the evening, enjoying the quiet, peaceful neighborhood after busy days of adventure. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly as described and easy to find! The place was spotless! Right off the highway and within a minute drive of restaurants and the grocery store. I gave Burke a call when I had a question and he was quick to answer the phone! I had a very pleasant experience and would stay here again!

Comfortable, clean and quiet. The backyard was so peaceful! We wished there were some comfy chairs out there to enjoy it in the evenings!

Great Airbnb, located at the half-way point between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon (about ~1 hour to each visitor center). The location was really peaceful and Mercy was a great host; she turned on the heat before we got there. Lots of condiments and spices in the fridge and cabinets. Definitely recommend!

House was a great fit for our Flaming Gorge trip, Seth communicated well and made it easy for us to check in.

Sophia's place was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with the little things most places don't have. The home is cozy and warm. The one bed we slept in was very comfortable and the sheets so soft I actually asked where they came from and already ordered a set for my own home. The bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure was on point. You do need transportation to downtown as it might be a to long of a walk for some people. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and look forward to coming back

Brad’s place is squeaky clean! It was about an hour and a half drive from Bryce Canyon and only 20 from Zion. It was a very nice house with everything we needed! We live in Southern California. I would have planned a different location to stay if I would have realized we had to drive back through Zion to get home. That added about an hour and a half to our drive. Overall, great stay!

place was excellent - perfect home base for hikers wanting to explore the major parks in the area. Peaceful, quiet, and 5 min from one of the most beautiful hikes - Water Canyon. Small town of Hildale has a little coffee shop, brewery and a big grocery store as well. Hosts we're friendly and let us extend checkout time. A+
