It embraces Urla's guest, who will be committed to the Art Street, their sea, their fields and the vineyards, with its luxurious and just as practical warmth.

Our small stone house, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen , a bathroom and a toilet, there is a double bed in the other 1.20 width. All ingredients , including moka pot, where you will make your tea and coffee in the kitchen, we offer a variety of chado herbal tea, black tea, filter coffee , Turkish coffee and water. There are disposable slippers, towel shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Wishing you a pleasant time in the courtyard of our house, which is 100 m from the art street ✨

Defneland owes its name to the more than 500 laurel trees that grow here, on our fully fenced 5000 m2 land also grow an extensive variety of trees, herbs and spices.

Depending on the weather, you can benefit from this area in summer and winter. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has en-suite bathroom and has a full sea view. The floor is Italian marble, heated from the floor.
