It is in a very nice location, very close to all bus stops, especially if you don't have a car. We came without a car and you can reach the buses to Çeşme-Alaçatı within a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to Urla Art Street by dolmus and bus. The house is also a house that is quite enough for the resort. The view and silence of the balcony is especially pleasant. The host is also very easy to reach, very understanding and helpful:)

Being close to the public transportation route is ideal for those who do not have a vehicle. The house was generally clean. There is not enough kitchen equipment missing. Our ferry arrived so early morning and they helped us to check in immediately, that was too nice 😊 Apartment has good location at center of the city and has great view from the terrace. And also it was very clean and tidy. In short everything was great, thank you again ♥️

This was one of our best Airbnb stay.. The flat is very fancy and very well located with an excellent sea view and equipped with anything you may need. Evengelos is also great host and was very helpful in every aspect. We would not think to stay anywhere else during our future visits to Chios.

The building was new, with high ceilings, bright. It was clean and spacious. The physical amenities were good. The place I would consider staying again It's not just about this house, but the neighborhood overall accommodation fee is high. Could be more convenient.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.
